COMPLIANCE W/ SUBMISSION
OF JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

COMES NOW, Accused Abiol through the undersigned counsel, and

unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully submits this Compliance W/
Submission of Judicial Affidavit, and further avers that:

1. On March 3, 2018, Accused Abiol was supposed to present her

second witness, Elizairon C. Abiol. However, the Judicial Affidavit of the
witness was not yet filed with the Honorable Court.

2. Upon motion by the undersigned counsel, and approval by the

Honorable Court, the presentation of the abovementioned witness was
ordered reset on March 16, 2018, as well as the submission of Judicial
Affidavir of the Witness.

3. Hence, in compliance with the Order of the Honorable Court on

March 12, 2018, the Respondent most respectfully submit the following:

A. Judicial Affidavit of Elizairon C. Abiol dated March 3, 2018;

B. Copy of Answer with Compulsory Counterclaim of Elizabeth
C. Abiol for the Petition for Judicial Separation of Conjugal
Properties filed by Private Complainant before the RTC,
Branch 37, Cagayan de Oro City, docketed as FC Civil Case No.
2015-003, attached as Exhibit “1” of the abovementioned
Judicial Affidavit;
C. Copy of the Affidavit-Complaint of Elizabeth C. Abiol, for
violation of R.A. 9262 against the Private Complainant, and
attached as Exhibit “2” of the abovementioned Judicial
Affidavit;

 D. Photograph of the Private Complainant’s illegitimate
daughter, attached as Exhibit “3” of the abovementioned
Judicial Affidavit.
E. Printed copy of the Facebook Profile of Shaina Velasquez, and
attached as Exhibits “4” and “4-1” in the abovementioned
Judicial Affidavit.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court that the above Submission of Judicial Affidavits be duly
noted.
All other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
