Next Generation Implantology

iGenXT Dental Implants is a result of our constant interaction with researchers
and leading Implantologists, all focused on creating a treatment modality that
has the patients comfort at its center. Simplicity, ease of placement & resoration,
and predictable long term results our are key goals. With these goals in mind we
have created 3 Implant systems within a single platform that can answer the
needs of your patients.

Evolved from years of collective research

GenXT is the latest system developed with
current advancements in Implant dentistry.
Its not your old implant adapting to new trends,
its innovative bioengineering for the future
of Implantology.

GenXTConcepT
Implantology began with creativity and innovativeness. Somewhere along the
way this was lost, and a monotonous treatment plan was adapted to every patient
This was because of limited understanding of concepts at that time and limitations
in manufacturing. We decided to change that, instead of the doctor and patient
adapting to the limitations of the implant system. We created a system based on
simple biological principles, engineered in a way so that the system adapts to the
doctors innovativeness and patients demands. Ever felt limited by your tools,
GenXT provides with with the tools to excel.

2
GenXT

The GenXT system, using the GenXTConcepT, has the advantage

of dispensing with the overcomplicated treatment procedures
recommended by implant manufacturers who are interested in promoting
their products on the market. The principle of the approach
is to create the ideal artificial tooth on a support which integrates
organically with existing biological structures.

Innovations and development

The system is being developed and perfected by independent practitioners
throughout the world, reflecting the collective views of the Open Dental Community.
This approach to development avoids reliance on individual opinions
and means that dentists can select the method most suited to the individual patient.

High quality and safety standards

As a leader in ECRS implantology, we aim to maximise efficiency in the production
and distribution of our products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

COMPRESSIVE
when inserting into cancellous trabeculae, the special compression implant thread
produces compression, creating a layer of cortical bone around the implant,
with reliable macrofixation
allows immediate implant loading with high primary stability
this compact layer then transforms into cancellous bone,
which is accompanied by osseointegration

immediately after 180 days after
implant positioning implant positioning

The combination of these factors provides successful osseointegration

and reliable and early functioning of prosthetic constructions,
reducing the length of treatment.

23
GenXT

The COMPRESSIVE implant is a single-component implant

with a compression thread. It is used for multiple unit restorations with
immediate loading in the upper and lower jaws with adequate bone
tissue. It can be used in combination with basal implants and allows flap
and flapless placement. Abutment direction can be adjusted using a
special instrument up to 15° relative to the implant axis. Can be used with
caution to create single restorations in situations where high primary
stability is achieved on placement.

Transfers
Used to take closed transfers of single-component implants. The transfer construction
provides reliable fixation of the transfer in the tray. The preferred material for transfer is
Addition Silicon. The transfer can be modified in case of restricted space.

TRA

Implant analogue
Used for model preparation. Use of plastic provides the model with elasticity corresponding to
the micromobility of the implant. The special antirotation shape prevents macromobility while
working with the analogue, maintaining minimal size preventing interference with placing
when implants are close together.

BOP failure. The round indicator which matches to the indicator on the abutment shows
the height adjustment of the abutment. The opening in the upper part of the burnout cap,
combined with the colour contrast (red-yellow), gives an accurate impression of the fit
on the analogue, preventing misalignment in clinical situations. Available in Straight , 15

stability of implants essential to allow for osseointigration

These factors combine to provide successful osseointegration

even in the most difficult clinical situations. Using these implants
significantly reduces treatment costs and makes it possible to do
immediate loading even in complex cases.

BASAL implants are used to create multiple unit restorations in the upper
and lower jaws. They can be placed in extraction sockets and also in healed
bone. The structural characteristics allow placement in bone that is deficient in
height and width. They can be placed with flap or flapless technique.
A good understanding of the maxillofacial anatomy is recommended so that
bi-cortical engagement is achieved. Can be used to bypass the mandibular
nerve, and for engagement of the cortical bone at the fusion of the pterygoid
with the maxilla. Can be used in combination with compressive implants.
Using a special instrument abutment direction can be adjusted up to 15°
relative to the implant axis.

Ideal for resorbed ridges
