The residence is located in the 7th district of Vienna, close to

Mariahilfer Straße, the shopping mile in Vienna.

This guesthouse belongs to the Vienna Universities and was built in 2009 as a
passive house.

2-4 students share a spacious apartment, consisting of 2-4

single rooms. The single rooms (ca. 14 m²) are fully
equipped with TV-sets (cable-TV, providing 35 channels) and
Internet-access.
They receive natural light via large picture windows.

In case you want to use the Internet, bring your own laptop
with a RJ-45 cable.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator,

stove, micro-wave, coffee-machine, dishes and cutlery), a
bathroom and a WC.

Bed-sheets are provided, bring your own towels.

The residence also has a common rooms, a garage for

bicycles and a laundry (washing-machines can only be used
with a quick-card).

Room key: You will get your room key from a student representative of the
residence. You will find the room number of this student on a poster at the
entrance/lobby.

Important: Please tell us your exact arrival time at least 2 weeks before your
arrival. The student residence does not have a reception desk.

Please keep your room tidy!

From 10 p.m. is night time peace.
No smoking in the rooms and in the student residence!

All residents have to adhere to the house rules of the student residence!

From Stephansplatz:
Take the exit “Stephansplatz”
walk along Brandstätte and turn right on the second
street (= Bauernmarkt)

Distance to Cultura Wien: ca. 20 minutes with public transport
