describing the noun car.

When the sentence is for description, use the verb be.

My computer isn’t new.

In this case, the adjective new describes the noun computer.

When you need to say a characteristic of a noun, you tell
the description with the adjective BEFORE the noun.

Old car --------------- I have an old car.


In this case, the adjective old only refers to the noun
car, not to the complete idea.
