ACHWACH COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following Rules, a subset of the General Employees Manual, shall apply to all employees while
in the Company’s premise at all times:

1. All employees must act in accordance with the General Employees Manual & policies as
applicable from time to time.
2. All employees are to maintain decorum by proper conduct in a manner that contributes to
operating effectiveness, productivity, safety and a harmonious work environment.
3. Employees are to perform their duties honestly, loyally and in good faith with daily reporting
of the work done prepared and filed to be given to the head office on request.
4. All employees are to use the attendance registers and check notice board on daily basis.
5. No employee shall be under the influence of or using alcoholic beverages during work hours.
Any employee arriving to work under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will not
be permitted to work and will face disciplinary actions which may result to termination.
6. All employees are required to be punctual. Absenteeism and Lateness will not be tolerated
and may result in termination.
7. Under no circumstances should employees leave the assigned work area without the
movement pass or an express permission from a Supervisor.
8. Acts of Indecency such as theft, fighting, gossiping and use of abusive words will not be
tolerated; defaulters will face instant disciplinary actions.
9. Employees who close late must ensure that all company properties are kept safe and locked,
all lights, air-conditions and Equipment’s are shut off when they leave the work place.
10. Dress code is to be followed strictly. Employees must wear their uniforms at locations where
uniforms are required. You are expected to look neat and presentable while on the job.
11. An increment based on individual performance shall be given every year.
12. If employees do not meet the company’s expectations of performance or conduct, necessary
corrective action may be taken. It is within management’s discretion to determine what
measure would be appropriate under each circumstance.
