My name is Maxmilianus Pamela Maruliasi Gultom, and I've got the information that the company

My last education is Bachelor Degree at Universitas Sumatera Utara, Communication Science Major,
with GPA is 3.06. When I was in college I've joined with several student organization as a Divisio
Head, and also I've got the internship at Sumatera Utara Region Government in Public Relations
(Humas) Division, and when I was on college I've done part time working for an extra money as a
Marketing and Data Entry. So with that experience I learned about basic marketing, how to
communicate with the customers, how to sell the product and how to maintain databases.
After I have graduated from the university, I was joined with PT. Federal International Finance
(FIFGROUP) as a Management Trainee, I learned about marketing process, credit process, collection
process and warehouse. And after management trainee program I've been placed on Medan Branch,
North Sumatera. In FIFGROUP I've learned about marketing more deeply, I learned about maintain
relationship with client and customers, making an event, making a marketing activity ATL (Above the
line ) & BTL (Below the Line), recruiting and educating Counter Sales, and others. When I was
in FIFGROUP my biggest achievement is when I can achieve almost 150% sales from the target
company, and also increasing market share of FIFGROUP.
Currently, I've joined with PT. Prima Vista Solusi as a Operation Supervisor, the job description in
this company is Monitoring Job Order/Work Order from Client, Evaluate the success of team
performance, and Ensure the operational performance run effectively, looks like opposite from the
previous company. I took this opportunity for complete my skills in Managerial and Supervision. So
from now on I have skills for doing both about Marketing and Operation things.

I believe I'm a fast learner, highly motivated person, and adaptive person.
