Warranty Claim Process

The customers with faulty Jazz devices from the below mentioned cities will be served in their respective
City Service Centers. Customers from other than these cities can directly dispatch the devices to GadgeIT
Service Centers Islamabad via M&P Account (280056). If device is under warranty then device will be
repaired and dispatched to customers address and if device is found physical/water damaged or burnt
then repairing charges will be shared with customer. If customer agrees to pay, then the device will be
repaired and dispatched to the customer through Cash on Delivery Model of M&P.

Turnaround Time

• Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Quetta: 3
working days for walk-in customers.

• Customers from other cities (via M&P): 6 working day.

Warranty Void Conditions:

This warranty is available exclusively for device and does not cover battery, charger, cables or any other
component supplied along with it. This warranty will be deemed void if failure of the device has resulted
due to liquid damage, accident, burn, abuse, misapplication use with non-genuine batteries, nongenuine
Charger, user installed software /damage caused by use with additional equipment or if the device has
been serviced / repaired by anyone other than SBS Authorized Service Ce nters / if IMEI is scratched or
not found in software. The customer must preserve the original packaging of the device for the entire
warranty period. Due to any technical or unforeseen reason delivery of device could be delayed. The
actual repair charges may vary from estimate depending on parts used and repair time.
