Reviewing Previous Lesson or The teacher will ask the students the

1. What was your memorable experience
during your art class last year? Why?
2. How do you find art subject?
3. What is your favourite art component?
Why?
4. Are you satisfied in your grades?

Establishing A Purpose for the The teacher will give an introduction about

how to use rubrics, performance task,
grouping and evaluation, and the grading
system.

Discussing New Concepts and The teachers will also ask the students on

the target expectations. The teacher will also
explain the value of art class.

General Reminders:
1. Wearing of PE uniform is highly
encouraged especially during PE class.

you need to reproduce for a hand out.
4. Expensive materials for Arts class is
NOT encouraged, use cheap and
recycled materials as possible.
5. For Grade 7-9 art materials should be
also included in your MAPEH Kit. If the
have siblings they can borrow from one
another. The Kit should be handled by
the students NOT by the teachers.
6. No excuse letter during examination NO
special exam.
7. Performance task is very important.
8. Provide long folder for your MAPEH
outputs.
9. Submit the outputs on time to avoid
problems in your grades.
10. Students who are present during the quiz
will always have plus one to their result.
11. Enjoy the MAPEH class. 

Schedule of Classes
1. The teacher will give their respective
class schedule.
2. First 2 weeks will be for Physical Fitness
Test.
3. Performance Task will be given one
month before the lesson or ASAP.
4. Quizzes will be given daily, Long Test
will be given after the unit lesson and
periodical examination every quarter.
5. 2 weeks per component policy, except
for Physical Education due to Physical
Fitness Test.
6. Awarding will be given every quarter, if
possible.

GOAL: Your group will pretend that you are a group will be conducting an exercise
activity which enhances the cardio vascular system.

Role: Physical Education instructor/ Fitness instructor

Audience: The target audience will be their own classmates.

Situation: As instructor you should demonstrate different physical and exercise


activities which focusing on the cardiovascular, muscular and bone
improvement. You need also to orient them the safety precaution in
conducting exercises.

Product/Performance: You need to come up of several moderate physical activities that


suitable and appropriate to your audience.

Standards and Criteria:

 You should be able to demonstrate different physical activities, considering the aerobics, resistance
or stretching exercises.
 Your exercise assembly should be organized, safe and engaging.
