and communication of meaning in Asian Festivals and
Theatrical Forms as influenced by history and culture
2. The learner will know theater and performance as a
synthesis of arts and a significant expression of the
celebration of life in various Asian communities

1. create appropriate festival attire with accessories based on
authentic festival costumes
2. create/improvise appropriate sound, music, gesture,
movements, and costume for a chosen theatrical composition
3. take part in a chosen festival or in a performance in a
theatrical play

GOAL: Your group will pretend that you are a group will be conducting an exercise
activity which enhances the cardio vascular system.

Role: Physical Education instructor/ Fitness instructor

Audience: The target audience will be their own classmates.

Situation: As instructor you should demonstrate different physical and exercise


activities which focusing on the cardiovascular, muscular and bone
improvement. You need also to orient them the safety precaution in
conducting exercises.

Product/Performance: You need to come up of several moderate physical activities that


suitable and appropriate to your audience.

 You should be able to demonstrate different physical activities, considering the aerobics, resistance
or stretching exercises.
