 About Us

We are a training and development organisation helping people find their true
potential, self-expression and making change happen. Our founder, Mr.
Shashank Kasliwal, hails from the illustrious Skumars Group having 21 years
of experience in various areas. Life situations carved him into a life
transforming coach and is into education & training since last 16 years. He
has trained more than 50,000 people in various companies.

Mr. Kasliwal established Emotional Intelligence Inc. in the year 2007. He has
studied Scientology of L Ron Hubbard, Ontology from Werner Erhard and
attended various training programs in India and abroad conducted by
Personalities like Dr. Daniel Goleman on Emotional Intelligence and Mr.
Deepak Chopra on Synchronicity in Life. He is also certified by David J Lincoln
on NLP and on various psychometric tools such as MBTI and Emotional Skills
Assessment Process (ESAP).
 Freedom from the I - Book
Mr. Kasliwal has recently written a book, “Freedom from the I” that talks
about how one’s ego is responsible for all the suffering one goes through.
Quoting his own life as an example, Kasliwal discusses how to develop the
ability to stay unaffected despite the circumstances. He provides profound
insights into how to stay free of negative energy and achieve a calm state of
mind as it boosts productivity, camaraderie and creativity.

Our Pedagogy

All programs are very interactive in nature as we avoid the use of power point
presentations. Kolb’s methodology is used and the medium is games, exercises,
videos, live case studies, question & answer based on self-enquiry. This helps bring
about positive and permanent shifts in the quality of our participant’s life enhancing
productivity and quality relationships at work.

These shifts are the direct cause for a new and unique kind of freedom and power.
The freedom to be at ease no matter where they are, who they are with, or what the
circumstances – the power to be in action effectively in those areas that are important
to them and their respective organisation.

Training Fees for a 2 day Session: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 75,000/- per day + travel, stay,
local hospitality & 18% GST.
