Guidelines/Mechanics
1. Every Class/section must have 2 representatives. One male and One Female.
2. Every participant must raise funds through signature campaign.
3. Every signature cost Php5.00
4. Each candidate must raise at least Php5,000.00 to be qualified for special participation award.
5. Every students of each class will be given two signature campaign leaves.
6. Every leaf will have 20 spaces for 20 signatures.
7. Each leaf cost Php100.00
8. Selection of Winners
a. Mr. and Ms. Grade 7
b. Mr. and Ms. Grade 8
c. Mr. and Ms. Grade 9
d. Mr. and Ms. Grade 10
e.Mr. and Ms. Betis HS
-Most number of signatures will win on their respective Grade level.
-Most number of signatures will win the title of Mr. and Ms. Betis HS
-On the Coronation Day, there will be Minor Awards but will not have any bearing on the selection of Winners.

b. Best in Casual Wear
c. Best in Uniform
d. Best in Gown/ Best in Formal Wear
e. Mr./Ms. Smile
f. Mr./Ms. Friendship
g. Mr./Ms. Photogenic
