My oldest brother attended CSUN and majored in Business Management but there was
no struggles but him graduating gave him opportunities and currently is an assistant
manager at a company named Hirche.

Please explain:I feel as leadership is a strong attribute I have because I noticed people
tend to listen to me and I’m able to lead them into the goal we have or the success we
need to accomplish. Especially in sports it comes out a lot because you need someone
to lead and I do that when I’m on the field or gym.

Please explain: To me I’m pretty resilient it’s hard for me to just give up or quit. There’s
so many times where situations are so bad and makes me want to give up but I know I
can’t so I stick it out and you know what it pays off.

Please explain:I feel this is something I need to improve on because you never know
some people may have connections or can help you in situations you need help in. I just
need to be more open i feel like i stay to myself but because i try to tough it out and tend
to do it myself without asking for help and I feel desire to meet people can help me with

Who inspires me and I see as motivation is my family because I see the strugglers
they go through and that motivates me to try and become something successful.
The attributes they have to inspire me is that they are hardworking and try to do
there best to make our family happy and able to live without struggle and I see
that and it motivates me to do the things I do. What I can do to inspire is just lead
by example show that they are capable of success and just be a role model to the
other people that younger than i am.

Some clubs or activities i can do is join my brothers job and do the summer
internship to show me a little of what you do when you get your major in business
management.
