APN dá “Apoio para uma Melhoria Sustentável e Equitativa”

Através da Associação de Apoio e Assistência Jurídica as
Comunidades, AAAJC, estão em curso no país com suporte
financeiro da Ajuda Popular da Noruega, APN, projectos
de Apoio para uma Melhoria Sustentável e Equitativa dos
Meios de vida e subsistência dos pequenos produtores em
Moçambique. É uma missão de arranque de estruturante
projecto encabeçado pela APN com um horizonte temporal
que vai até 2022. Na génese, a AAAJC já capacitou os acto-
res estratégicos da missão, que são paralegais comunitários
de Mualadzi, Cateme, Catete, Nhambando,
Chidzolomondo, Furacungo, Inhangoma, Benga, Chuweza,
Necungas, Maravia, Chazia, Mpondo, Mansamba e Mbuzi
em conhecimento sobre a legislação relativa a terra e aos
recursos naturais, bem como procedimentos de actuação em
assistência jurídica, mediação, negociação e resolução de
conflitos em Tete, o palco do projecto. Os paralegais comu-
nitários estão centrados em trabalhos práticos de elaboração
de petições, actas, requerimentos, reclamações, observância
de prazos, interposição de recursos hierárquicos, colaboração
com órgãos de administração da justiça numa advocacia que
envolve a difusão radiofónica, as comunidades, CGRN’s e
AAP’s enquanto segmentos da sociedade pertinentes nas
matérias que vão até a denúncia da ilegalidade da cobrança
da taxa anual do registo de terras as associações e cooperati-
vas de pequena escala, em conformidade com o artigo 29 da
Lei de Terras. Aliás, está aqui inclusa a capacitação dos bene-
ficiários e potenciais beneficiários das indemnizações em

a group of Paralegals in natural resources and development law, formed by the Center for Legal and Judicial Training (CFJJ), now Ministry of Justice, who decided to organize themselves based on their knowledge to promote
social and economic development and respect for human rights based on observance of the principles of social justice, equity and sustainability. Its scope of action was limited to the areas of economic development and poverty
reduction in a participatory manner, legal support to communities and citizens, environmental education, conflict resolution, advocacy of public policies and human rights. In 2010, following the implementation of some initiatives
and completing the process of its constitution, the organization was formally legalized with statutes published in the Bulletin of the Republic no. 2, III series, 4th supplement of January 19, 2010.
