Adaptive cruise control default distance:

In cars with adaptive cruise control the default distance (1 to 4) can be changed from the CAR menu.
If this menu option is hidden in you car, apparently you can enable it with VAG-COM. From the Auto
distance regulation module 13, Adaptation, Channel 7, change 0 to 1, Save.
