TITLE OF THE STUDY
Training is the act of increasing the knowledge and skills of an employee for doing a
particular job. It utilizes a systematic and organized procedure by which employee learns
technical knowledge and skills. Training refers to the teaching and learning activities
carried on for the primary purpose of helping members of an organization. Training is
closely related with education and development but needs to be differentiated from
these terms. It is aimed at improving the behavior and performance of a person. Training
is a continuous and life long process. Training provides an atmosphere of sharing
synthesizing with the help of the trainers, the information already available on the
subject.
Training and development refers to the practice of providing training, workshops, coaching,
mentoring, or other learning opportunities to employees to inspire, challenge, and
motivate them perform the functions of their position to the best of their ability. Training
has become a mandatory tool to survive in the hard facing workforce .To accelerate the
overall human resource management achievement, training works as a major part of its
dimensions. Knitting industry is playing an important role to economy of our country. As
mentioned earlier there are around half billion people working in knitting and textile
industry. In order to complete the process of working the industry need knowledgeable and
skillful and efficient employees and workers. As a number of study has been conducted
regarding financial condition of knitting industry but no research has been conducted
regarding training and development of employees and workers of knitting industry. That’s
why this study is very much needed. This report will help to find out the present situation
of worker in knitting industry. What types of training they are getting, and what type of training
should be provided.
To study is conducted to know the level of knowledge and skills given to the
employees in the organization
This will help the management to know the satisfaction levels of employees and
they can measures to increase the productivity.
To study may help the management students to prepare their own reports.
SAMPLING
Sample Size: 100 respondents will be chosen and based on my objectives a structured
questionnaires will be distributed.
Sample Technique:
The testing system utilized as a part of this investigation is straightforward irregular
procedure. This strategy is additionally called as the technique for chances determination.
Every single thing has approach opportunity to be incorporated into the specimen.
Simple random techniques will be used to collect primary data .So that the entire process
will be studied as per the plan.
Secondary Data:
These are the data sources that are obtained from various information sources than those
of direct sources from organization. The information will be collected from various
medium.

In order to conduct this study, I will use both essential and auxiliary information.

PLAN OF ANALYSIS
In light of the reaction got and the assembled information reasonable suggestions
will be given which can help the association in holding their employee’s?
The gathered information can be coded and spoken to diagrammatically as bar
graphs
by figuring the recurrence and normal. In view of that the appropriate
understandings will be made.
The information required for the investigation has been collected from primary data
source using structured questionnaires with likert scale and nominal scaling
technique.
Later the Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Graphs will be done for analyzing the
data and interpretation will be done.
Finally Based on the data analysis the necessary Findings will be collected with the
meaningful Conclusion and Suggestions will be offered.
