FINAL DEMAND LETTER

Dear Mrs. Rubio:

Our client, JAY ANGELICA SABERON-JAVIER of, Block 58, Lot 8, La Aldea Del
Mar, Pueblo De Oro, Babag II, Lapu-lapu City recently engaged the services of our law offices
purposely for the collection of your unpaid loan of money incurred last November 13, 2018
amounting to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) which was released by our
client to a certain Candeliria Piamonte and an additional loan of money amounting to FIFTEEN
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY PESOS (P15,750.00) which you personally
received on November 22, 2018. Be reminded that you promised to return the full amount of your
loan within five (5) to six (6) months from the date of the release. However, it was already six
months from the date of the release of the loan but you never tendered any payment as of date to
our client. Despite repeated verbal demands and online communication made by our client to
demand the payment of the said amount, you remain adamant to fulfill your promise to pay.

In this regard, we are demanding you for the full payment of the above-mentioned amount plus an
additional amount as accrued interest of 6% based on the legal interest for a total of ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE PESOS
(P122,695.00) within a period of TWENTY (20) days from receipt of this letter. You must
understand that your failure to respond affirmatively to the demand of my our client within the
given grace period will give rise to a cause of action sufficient for the filing of a civil action and
other legal remedies in court for the collection of your unpaid balance and to protect the interest
of my client.

Further, this is to remind you that by initiating a legal action against you in court might cause you
a problem and further inconvenience. Thus, it is your choice whether to settle your obligation as
early as now within the given period or face our possible legal action in court against you.
