VI. TRAINING RATIONALE:

Banana muffins are soft, buttery, and spiced with cinnamon. They're wonderful plain, with chopped
walnuts, or even chocolate chips. You need 3 ripe bananas and a few basic kitchen ingredients to get started.
... We always have bananasin the house which means we eventually have spotty bananas ready for baking!
Banana bread or muffin is a type of bread made from mashed bananas. It is often a moist, sweet,
cake-like quick bread; however, there are some banana bread recipes that are traditional-style raised breads.

VII. TRAINING OBJECTIVE:

 To enhance the skills in baking for commercial purposes or livelihood program.


 To use the ripe bananas to avoid spoilage.
 To introduce the health benefits of affordable products made from affordable materials.

X. METHODOLOGY:

 Follow the safety rules while working in the kitchen.


Procedure:
 Prepare all the materials and ingredients needed.
 Combine all the dry ingredients (all purpose flour, sugar, baking soda and salt)
 Combine all the liquid ingredients ( banana, egg, butter/oil)
 Mix all the liquid and dry ingredients
 Preheat the oven for 15 minutes (300°C).
 Put the mixture into the muffin pan.
 Bake for 10 to minutes or until golden brown.
 Serve in a plate.
