Unleaded solder has the following characteristics.

6. ELECTRICAL PARTS LIST ................................ 13
• Unleaded solder melts at a temperature about 40°C higher than
ordinary solder.
Ordinary soldering irons can be used but the iron tip has to be
applied to the solder joint for a slightly longer time.
Soldering irons using a temperature regulator should be set to
about 350°C.
Caution: The printed pattern (copper foil) may peel away if
the heated tip is applied for too long, so be careful!
• Strong viscosity
SAFETY-RELATED COMPONENT WARNING!!
Unleaded solder is more viscous (sticky, less prone to flow)
COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED BY MARK 0 OR DOTTED LINE WITH than ordinary solder so use caution not to let solder bridges
MARK 0 ON THE SCHEMATIC DIAGRAMS AND IN THE PARTS occur such as on IC pins, etc.
LIST ARE CRITICAL TO SAFE OPERATION. REPLACE THESE • Usable with ordinary solder

• HOW TO CHANGE THE CERAMIC FILTER

This model is used two ceramic filters of CF2 and CF3.
You must use same type of color marked ceramic filters in order
to meet same specifications.
Therefore, the ceramic filter must change two pieces together since
it's supply two pieces in package as a spare parts.
