WHATS AN INFLUENCER?
An influencer is any individual, brand or social media page with a passionate following on social
media. There's different type of influencers, such as personal brands, celebrities, meme pages,
etc...
Influencer marketing (also influence marketing) is a form of marketing in which focus is placed
on influential people rather than the target market as a whole. It identifies the individuals that
have influence over potential buyers, and orients marketing activities around these influencers.
Influencer marketing is something HUGE brands such as Adidas, Nike, Coca-Cola utilize on a daily
basis. Youtubers such as Logan Paul, make millions a year from influencer deals alone from
massive brands. FashionNova built their brand solely from Instagram model influencers. If these
huge brands capitalize from this form of marketing, why can't you as well?
Influencer marketing is by far cheaper and easier to use than other marketing platforms, available
for everyone (yes, even small sites that were built yesterday) and it’s a very good way to collect

Yes, you may have found an influencer, but is this influencer qualified enough to make you sales?
Here are a few pointers I like to go by when finding an influencer to work with:
1. Go on socialblade.com and check that the influencer is consistently gaining at least 400+
followers on a daily basis, if they're losing followers that’s a really bad sign and you should
avoid them.
2. They get over 200+ comments per picture and when you check the comments the profiles
commenting look like regular people and not other influencer pages.
3. After you DM them asking for pricing, you ask to see how many views their story gets and
its over 10k and they provided that info smoothly without questioning.
So you identified an influencer, everything seems good, how do you work with them?
