While working to make an living or looking for work there is a certain skills set that

universally important. No matter what job you have chosen skills make it easier to obtain your

goals, whatever they are. Confidence and persistence is a great combination anywhere toss in a

little “know how” and your in business. Their are an amzing numnber jobs out their but only a

few would ever speak to you on an personal level. Being a well rounded person is an good

quality in of itself but in a professional environment it's a trait that does wonders. Especially if

you have an job in which you with the public. Such as a cashier or a telephone operator.

Workplace essential skills enable people at work to do the tasks assigned to them by their

occupation, give them the basics to learn all other skills of the field that they’ve taken an job in

and the workplace environment. They are the technical skills required by an occupation and are

the enabling skills that are necessary in most occupations and that allow people to do their jobs

successfully. One being work ethic. I've always felt that my work ethic when i'm working on

something that i'm passionate about is incredibly strong. As i am an incredibly crafty person i've

always stayed up all night making things in the garage as my father is an ex construction worker

and has an shop filled with tools. Building things and putting things together is my passion.

I've recently gotten into welding and carpentering. Those two professional skills, even

though im only an amature are skills that can get me jobs in the future if i decide that that's the

path that i'm looking for. Regardless my drive to get things done is a life skill that has followed

me my whole life. It has been present in my job as i am definitely one of the hardest workers. I

work in a high stress and fast pace food service position.
