Sketch/Figure/Detail Description :

Please design new foundation for Wash press. Data from Supplier Wenrui wash press weight 77.5 T ,full load ( operation load ) = 85 T, load factor = 1.2.
Also foundation for Dilution screw , Hydraulic unit and Level pipe to be designed.

Jobs including :

1. To make 5 sets pump foundation ( sizing as layout pump drawing by mechanical )

2. To make foundation Bs filtrate tank-1A (Tank medium = filtrate ,size 4.5m diam. x 6mH )

3. To make foundation Bs Lc chest-1A (Tank medium = pulp ,size 3.5m diam. x 6mH )

4. To make one foundation agitator gearbox & motor

5. To make one Pit recovery 1.5mL x 1.5mW X 1mH

6. Foot frame of supports of piping,pipe rack and platform need anchorbolt and concrete for reinforcement
