1. Applications must reach in FPSC Headquarters/Provincial/ Regional Offices

on or before the closing date i.e MONDAY 18TH MARCH, 2013.

2. Eligibility in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date.

3. The Application Fee for posts (BS-16 & 17= Rs. 300/- ; BS-18= Rs. 750/- ; BS-
19=Rs. 1200/- ; BS-20 and above= Rs. 1500/-) may be deposited in the
nearest government treasury or in a branch of National Bank of Pakistan or in
a State treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of government
under head “C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE
REALIZED BY FPSC”. Bank draft/ cheque is not acceptable.

4. Apply for the post in BS-16 on FPSC prescribed Application Form with Original
Treasury Receipt and all supporting documents.
5. Apply on-line for all posts from BS-17 and above followed by a signed hard
copy of application alongwith the Original Treasury Receipt plus all
necessary supporting documents.
