GPO: Communicate Ideas

Fourteen Points

It is important for every single person in campus to feel free to express themselves.

Respect should be one of the main guidelines in a school campus. Understudies and educators

should not be reluctant to talk up for themselves and for other people. It is required that the

school has the correct materials to prepare their understudies for success. Understudies should

know their GPO’s and their expectation for the school year. Ambassador School of Global

Leadership brings a very positive condition, as school that is all around mindful. The standards

and rules at present pursue are to guarantee every understudy, workforce and staff assessments

and grumblings will be listen. Therefore, it is important to have some points discussed for a

better performance and comprehend the school and its procedures and standards such as:

I. Staff should take students safety serious at all times and their should be active staffs

strolling around grounds consistently. ​Students should know the consequences if getting

caught ditching, smoking, or any other unwanted circumstance in school grounds. Staff should

know how to immediately take action in case of an emergency and should be trained first-aid and

cpr.

II. The school should make teachers collaboration a priority. ​Teachers should collaborate

with one another to come up with lessons that will help students with their learning needs.

Teachers should learn how to bond with one another and understand each others perspective

within the students. Teachers should know how to work with students whom tempt to be slower

learners and should not shame their students for their struggles.

III.School principle should continuously look for new ways to improve their school. ​School

principal must always be open to new suggestions and ideas for improvement.

IV.Students should learn how to clean up after themselves and around them. ​Every month

students should be

V. Every month students should be recognized for their hard leadership skills as a global

citizen. ​Hard working students should be recognized by their peers and teachers for their hard

work and leadership skills. This should embrace students and help them get out of their comfort

zone.

VI. Counselor’s should prioritize their students and offer them opportunities to help

improve their academics. ​High school students are a roller coaster full of emotions. They often

get distracted and get carried away by anxiety. Talking to someone and letting them know they

are not alone can help them stay on track and not lose focus.

VII.Teachers should have full support of their advisers with additional training on how to

create positive learning environments. ​If students are not behaving, learning is not going to

happen. Students must know how to behave responsibly and follow the GPO’s at ALL TIMES.

IX. Teachers should not be afraid to stand up for their rights.

X.The school should provide orientation for students that are not planning to attend

college. ​Not every student is planning to go to college after graduating and it should be a

requirement to provide the student with various choices in order to see the student achieve

further down the road.

​XI. Phones should not be prohibited during class sessions. Phones should be turned off

during school hours. ​Phones are a big distraction to our fellow youngsters and allowing them to

use their phone would only cause a distraction. Therefore they should not be allowed to use their

phones during school hours.

XII. Students should never violate schools dress code. ​Students are expected to dress school

appropriately at all times.

XIII. Students should have the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership abilities.

School should prepare students with leadership skills that will prepare them for future life

experiences.

XIV. Students should be able to recognize perspectives. ​Students should be able to eee the

world with various eyes, disapproving and keeping their very own point of view, yet in addition

understanding the other's point of view.

Understudies at ASGL show their leadership skills by recognizing perspectives and

communicating ideas. The school should provide necessary tools for them to improve their skills.

Ambassador School of Global Leadership provides a safe, positive campus for their

understudies, faculty and staff. If some of the above points are followed, the school would have

less conflicts in regards to their understudies. As an organization, a school needs to guarantee the

understudies' future, as they would be the pioneers of tomorrow. If guidelines are correct use, the

school would have a superior and more joyful understudy population.
