ALLAH o Rasool azza w jal o Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam ki matloob
o mehboob aur taqarrub ilal-lah ka mo`assar zariya o waseela, ahlul-laah ka
behtareen wateera, gham-e-duniya ghalat karne aur zaad-e-aakhirat hasil karne
ka ahem sabab Namaaz hai, aur woh bhi Farz jo tamaam faraaiz mein afzal o
aqdam hai. Jis ke liye ghar se nikalna khoob khoob rafa' darajaat, mahwe saiyaat
o husool-e-hasanaat ka mujib hai aur jis ke intezaar mein rehna aur baithna bhi
ibadat o is ka ajr paate rehne ka zariya hai. Me'raaj ka azeem tohfa balke
momineen ki me'raaj hai. Huzoor-e-akram Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam se
hamaare Mashaikh tak tamaam buzrugon ne is ka tareeqa o saleeqa bataya aur
iski hifazat o siyanat ke liye mufassal ahkaam kitabon mein tehreer farmaya.
Sayyedina o Maulana Umar al-Farooq al-Aazam radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu ne apne
governaron ko hidayat bhara paighaam bheja ke "Mere nazdeek tumhaare
kaamon mein sab se ahem cheez namaaz hai, jis ne iski hifazat o paabandi ki us
ne apne poore deen ko bacha liya aur jis shakhs ne isko zaaye o barbaad kiya,
woh is ke alawa doosre ahkaam ko is se bahut badh kar barbaad o zaaye karne
waala hoga."
Namaaz mein Loudspeaker ke istemal karne aur iski aawaaz par
arkaan-e-Namaaz ada karne par sayyedul-Kareem Murshidul-Azeem Aarif-e-Billah
Faqihun-Nafs Mujaddid ibne Mujaddid-e-Aazam Mazhar-e-Fazl o Kamaal e
Imam-e-Aazam o Ghaus-e-Aazam Huzoor Mufti-e-Aazam hind radiyALLAHu ta'ala
anhu ne fasaad-e-Namaaz ka hukm-e-Shar'i saadir farmaya. Mohtaat
muhaqqiqeen ne shar'i dalaail o baraheen se bharpoor kutub o rasaail tasneef o
taleef farmayi. Goya is par ijmaa-e-Ummat qaaim ho chuka. Ahle taqwa khwaaso
awaam apni namaazon ko is fitna-e-azeema se bachaate rahe. Aur is ki dil-daada
awaam ko ALLAH o Rasool ka hukm o irshaad bata kar barbaad-e-namaaz ke
awaaqib se ba-khabar karte rahe. Scienci ijadaat o ghair zaroori umoor ko namaaz
o roza waghaira ibadaat mein dakhil o shamil karne se rokte rahe. Lekin ghair ki
dekha dekhi dunyawi shohrat chahne waale hamaare baaz ulama bhi apne aslaaf
o mashaikh ki tehqeeq o ehtiyaat se hat kar scienci ijadaat ko ibadaton mein
apnaane ki phuljhadiya o pataakhe chor rahe hain, jis ki chingaari se hamaari
ibadatein khaakistar ho rahi hain. Koi Loudspeaker ki awaaz par namaaz ko jaaiz
kehta hai, to koi Telephone o Mobile aur Fax waghaira ki khabar par royat-e-hilaal
ke saboot ka khwahaan hai, to koi Video o Television par naam nihaad

deeni program dekhne ko nihayat mustehsan keh kar goya usey
gharon par rakhne par uksaa raha raha hai.
Yaad rakhye! aisi tehqeeq apne muhaqqiqon ke liye duniya o aakhirat
mein muhaasbe ka sabab hogi. Un ahbaab ke liye Hazrat Shaarahe Bukhari
alaihir rehma ki yehi dua hai ke "agar sa'adate azli dastgeeri kare to apne
aslaaf ki tehqeeq o ahtiyaat ki taraf palat aayein aur Musalmaanon ki ibadat
zaaye o barbaad karne se bachein".
Namaazon se ghaafil duniyadaar sethon aur fitna parwar nau-jawanon ke
dabao o khuwahish aur ghalat o behooda bunyaadon par namaazon mein
Loudspeaker ka chalan aam hota chala ja raha hai.aur baaz jari aimma ALLAH o
Rasool azza wa jall o Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam ki raza o khushnoodi ko
nazar andaaz karke sethon o trustiyo`n ko khush karne ke liye Imaamat jo
Niyabat-e-Rasool ka mansab-e-a'zeem hai,usey dunyawi naukri o mulaazimat
samajh kar husool-e-zar ke liye namaazon mein loudspeaker istemal kar rahe
hain.Jabke unka zameer bhi unhein malamat karta rehta hai.Ek Imam ke baare
mein shar'i shahideen maujood hain, jin ke saamne unhone kaha ke "apni
namaaz to ho jaati hai, unki (Muqtadyon ki namaaz) jaaye chooleh bhaad
mein." (Al-'ayaaz billahi ta'ala)
Musalmaano! jo tumhaari namaazon ko barbaad karne mein itna jari o
bebaak ho, Sayyeduna o Maulana Umar Farooq-e-A'zam radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu
ke irshaad ke mutabiq woh tumhaare doosre deeni umoor ki barbaadi o
be-ehtiyaati mein kitna pesh pesh hoga.Sab se pehle Mufti Sayyed Afzal Husain
Mongeri alaihir rehma ne ilm o tehqeeq ki raushni mein speaker par
jawaaz-e-Salaat ka qaul kiya,magar sa'adat-e-azli ne dastgeeri ki apne qaul se
rujoo' farma kar apne murshid o murabbi aur Ustaad, afqahul fuqha, aa'lam
ulama-e-balad, Aa'lim mutaa', waajibul-itteba' ke qaul o fatwa ki purzoor tasdeeq o
tasweeb ki. Ab tak jo unki tehreer ko sahara banaye huwe they, unke aitemaad ka
mahel zameen bos ho gaya. Ab un par loudspeaker se ijtenaab o ahteraaz laazim
o waajib hai.

rasaail is mauzo' par hain, sab yakja shaye kar diya jaaye. Lehaaza Faqeer apni

compose karwa kar diya. Hazrat Maulana Sayyed Minhaj Raza Hashmi Saheb
wagaira ne proof mein ta'aawun kiya.
Maula ta'al azza wa jall apne Habeeb o Mehboob Share' Islam Sallal laaho
ta'ala alaihi wa-aalihi wa-ashaabihi wa-ala kulli Maqbool o Mehboob ladaihi
wabaraka wasallam ke sadqe Hazrat Siraaj-e- Millat qibla o arakeen-e-Anjuman
Barakaat-e-Raza aur iski isha'at mein jin hazraat ne apne ikhlaas ka muzahera
farmaya, sab ko ehyaaye Sunnat o amaatat-e-Bid'at ke sile mein daarain mein
behra war farmaaye.Maslak-e-Aala Hazrat quddisa sirrahu Mazhab-e-Ahle Sunnat
par istiqamat ata farmaaye. Sarkaar Mufti-e-A'zam hind alaihir rahma ke faizaan se

Namaaz afzalul ibadaat aur ahemul ata'aat hai.Qur'an-e-Hakeem aur


Ahadees-e-Kareema mein tamaam ibadaton mein sab se zyada takeed o tafseel
namaaz hi ki waarid hai. Neez Fuqahaa-e-kiraam ne sab se zyada sharah o bast
ke saath namaaz hi ke masa'il aur juziyaat zikr farmaaye taake bandgaane khuda
is ahem fareeze ko sahih tareeqe par ada kar sakein aur isey butlaan o karahat se
bacha sakein. Jadeed masnu'aat aur namaaz ke taa'lluq se se bhi bahut se
sawalaat paida huwe jin ke jawabaat ulama-e-millat-e-islaaiya ne dalaail o
baraheen ki raushni mein dekar tamaam shukook o shubhaat ko door farma diya
aur namaaz ki sehat o adm-e-sehat ki tashreeh o tafseel bayaan karke logon ki
namaazein barbaad o zaaye hone se bachayein. Maslan chalti train mein aur
hawaai jahaaz mein namaaz padhne ya na padhne ka hukm, chain waali ghadi
baandh kar namaaz waghaira waghaira. Isi tarah loudspeaker ke istemaal ka
sawaal utha to akaabir ulama-e-ahle sunnat alaihimur rehmatu war-rizwaan ne
iske adm-e-jawaaz par bada hi haqeeqi aur mudallal jawaab inayat farmaya,
khususan sarkhail fuqahaa taajdaar-e-ahle sunnat shahzaad-e-aala hazrat sayyedi
aaqaai murshidi Sarkaar Mufti-e-Aazam hind alaihir-rahmatu war-ridhwaan ne
speaker ki awaaz par ruku sujood karne waale ki namaaz faasid hone ka tahqeeqi
hukm saadir farmaya.jis ki akaabir ulama-e-ahle sunnat ne ta'eed o tasdeeq
farmaayi, yahaan tak ke Muhaddis-e-Aazam hind kichauchwi alaihir rahma ne
is tarah tasdeeq raqam farmaayi yeh us Aalim
ka hukm hai jis ki ata'at o pairwi waajib hai aur hamein sirf qabool karna aur
is par 'amal karna hai." In do jumlon se Sarkaar-e-Mufti-e-Aazam aur unke
fatwe ki ahmiyat o azmat zaahir o baahir hai.
Huzoor Muhaddis-e-Aazam hind ke alawa Huzoor Haafiz-e-Millat, Huzoor
Mujaahid-e-Millat, Hazrat Sher besha-e-ahle sunnat, Huzoor Sayyedul Ulama,
Hazrat Mehboob ali, Hazrat Mufti-e-Aazam Kanpur, Hazrat Muhaddis-e-Aazam
Pakistan, Hazrat Mufti Ajmal Husain Sambhali, Ustazul asaatiza Mufti Ahsaan Ali
Muzaffarpuri alaihimur rahmatu war-rizwaan jaise marja'-e-Fataawa akaabir-e-Ahle
Sunnat ne Sarkaar-e-Mufti-e-Aazam ke fatwe ki tasdeeq o tauseeq farmaayi.

Bahaar-e-Shari'at, Sadrul afaazil Hazrat Allama Sayyed Naeemuddin Saheb
Muraadabaadi, Huzoor Malikul Ulama aur Huzoor Burhaan-e-Millat alaihimur
rahmatu war-ridhwaan ne bhi Loudspeaker ki aawaaz par ruku o sujood karne par
fasaad-e- Namaaz ka hukm diya hai. Goya is daur ke jam`hoor ulama-e-ahle
sunnat ka mazhab yehi tha ke speaker ki aawaaz par ruku o sujood waghaira
karna mufsid-e-Salaat hai, un akaabireen k muqaabil ek ya chand ulama ki raaye
ki koi haisiyat nahi.

Is daur mein jab ke Namaaz mein loudspeaker ka chalan aam hota ja raha hai aur
log bade bade ulama ke bajaye badi badi masjidon ke hawaale pesh karte hain ke
itni badi badi masjido`n mein loudspeaker ka istemaal namaaz mein ho raha hai,
phir hum kyun na karein? laheza zaroorat hai is baat ki ke awaam-e-ahle sunnat
ko akaabir ulama ke irshadaat o tahqeeqaat aur fataawa se acchi tarah roo
shanaas karaya jaaye.

Saheb baani darul uloom Faizaan-e-Mufti-e-Aazam daamat barakatahumul
qudsiya ne mehsoos kiya aur is mauzo' par hazraat-e-akabireen ke fataawa o
risaail ko Hazrat Allama Mufti Ashraf Raza Saheb Qaadri ke zariye tarteeb dila kar
banaam FATAWA BARAKAAT-E-MUSTAFA shaye farmaaya, jo unki bahut saari
deeni khidmaat mein se ek azeem o jaleel khidmat hai. Is kitaab mustataab ko har
idaara o masjid balke masaajid ke zimmedaaron tak pahonchaaya jaaye taake
woh sahih faisla karke logon ki namaazon ko zaaye hone se bachayein. Rabbe
Qadeer apne Habeeb Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam ke sadqe mein is kitaab
ko maqbool-e-anaam farmaaye aur iske zariye logon ki islaah farmaaye. Iski
naashir o murattab ko daarain mein behtareen jaza 'ata farmaye. Aameen bijaahin
Nabi Sayyedil Mursaleen alaihis salaatu wat-tasleem.

Sawaal: Kya farmaate hain Ulama-e-deen o Muftiyaan-e-Shara' Mateen is baare
mein ke aaj kal Pakistan aur Hindustan mein aam taur par Masjidon aur
Eidgaahon mein Eidain aur Jum'a ki namaazon mein Loudspeaker ka istemaal
kiya jaata hai. Balke baaz jagah masjidon mein mustaqil taur par fit kar diya gaya
hai aur har namaaz mein is se kaam liya jaata hai. Baaz masjidon ke pesh Imaam,
Aalim aur Mufti bhi hain aur Loudspeaker par aazaadi se namaaz padhaate hain.
Is silsile mein Makka Mu'azzama, Madina Munawwara aur doosre Islaami Mulkon
ka hawaala diya jaata hai.
Daryaaft talab amr ye hai ke Loudspeaker ka istemaal namaaz mein jaaz hai ya
nahi? aur is ki aawaaaz par namaaz durust hai ya nahi?
Ummeed hai ke tafseel ke saath mas'le ko hal farmaya jaayega. Bayyanu wa tu

Al-jawaab Allahumma hidaaytul haq was-sawaab


Loudspeaker daur-e-jadeed ke mohdisaat se hai, jo aalaat Science apne andar
rakhta hai. Jin ke aur barq ke ishteraak se aawaaz ko door tak pahonchaata hai.
Aawaaz mukhtalif pardon se takra kar muta a'did tabdeeliyon ke baad uske
poonge se baahar aati hai aur barqi quwwat se buland tar hoti hai aur door tak
pahonchti hai.
Ibteda mein aam taur par loudspeaker gaane bajaane, khel tamaashon
mein, lahw o la'ib ke addo'n mein istemaal kiya jaata tha. Phir ijtema'aat mein,
lekcharon, taqreeron mein istemaal kiya jaane laga. Phir
majaalis-e-Milaad-e-Mubarak aur waaz ki mehfilon mein pahoncha. Phir masjidon
mein azaan o khutba ke liye daakhil huwa. Phir namaaz ke waqt bhi istemaal kiya
jaane laga.
Azaan o Khutba ke waqt is ke istemaal mein woh harj nahi jo namaaz mein
hai ke mahez iski aawaaz sun kar jo muqtadi inteqalaat karega, woh bajaye
iqtedaaye Imaam ke is doosri khaarji aawaaz ki pairwi karega. Usey is se talqin
minal-khaarij hoga, jis ki wajah se woh namaaz se khaarij ho jaayega, jis ki bina
iqtida par thi.
ALLAH ta'ala ne namaaz ke liye farmaya: is se bilkul waazeh
hai ke Imaan ke baad a'azamul faraaiz Namaaz hai. Namaaz ke har juz ke liye
awwal se aakhir tak shari'at-e-mutahra ne waazeh ahkaam bayaan farma diye
hain: Tahaarat, Istaqbaal-e-Qibla ke alawa munfarid ke liye jamaat ke liye Imaam
aur Muqtadi aur Kaseer Jamaat ke liye Namaaz ke silsile mein koi aisa juz nahi
chhora, jis mein koi naqs ho jo kisi waqt mohtaaj-e-takmeel ho, aur jis nuqsaan ko
poora karne ke liye aaj nayi ikhtira'aat-e-jadeed bid'aat ka sahaara liya jaaye.
Hadees Shareef mein irshaad huwa: yaani Namaaz is
tarah ada karo, jis tarah tum log mujhe namaaz ada karte dekhte ho.
Loudspeaker Namaaz mein istemaal karne ka maqsad yeh hota hai ke
Imaam ki qir'at door tak suni ja sake aur Imaam aur Imaam ki aawaaz loudspeaker
par sun kar ruku o sujood karein, Namaaz-e-jehri ho ya sirri Jamaat kaseer ho ya
qaleel har muqtadi tak Imaam ki aawaaz pahonchna zaroori nahi.
Eidain o Jum'a waghaira mein Jamaat-e-kaseera ko Imaam ke tehreema o
ruku o sujood o salaam mein iqtida aur amal ke liye Bukhaari mein Ummul
Mo'mineen 'Aaisha Siddiqa radiyALLAHu ta'ala anha se hadees shareef hai:
Rasoolullah Sallal lahu alaihi wasallam ne apne marz ki haalat mein abu bakr
radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu ko hukm farmaya ke woh namaaz padhaaein aur logon ki

Imaamat karein. Hazrat Siddiq-e-Akbar radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu jamaat ki
Imaamat kar rahe they. Hazrat 'Urwah kehte hain Huzoor-e-Akram Sallal laaho
ta'ala alaihi wasallam ne marz mein kucch takhfeef paayi to hujra-e-aqdas se
bar'aamad huwe yahaan Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu logon ki
Imaamat kar rahe they, jab Siddiqe Akbar radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu ne mehsoos
kiya ke Huzoor-e-Akram Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam tashreef la rahe hain to
aap peecche hatne lage. Huzoor ne Irshaad farmaaya aise hi raho jaise ho. Phir
Huzoor Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam Siddiq-e-Akbar radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu
ke baraabar unke pehlu mein tashreef farma huwe aur Imaamat farmaayi to
Siddiq-e-Akbar Huzoor ki namaaz par namaaz ada kar rahe they aur tamaam
jamaat ke log Siddiq-e-Akbar ki namaaz ke saath namaaz ada kar rahe the, yaani
Huzoor-e-Akram Sallal laaho ta'ala alaihi wasallam ki takbeer, tasmee', Salaam
par Siddiq-e-Akbar ne takbeer, tasmee' o salaam kaha aur logon ne
Siddiq-e-Akbar ki aawaaz par namaaz ada ki. Allama Aini ne Umdatul Qaari
mein isi Hadees Shareef ke tahet farmaya: is Hadees mein is amar ka saboot
hai ke jab Imaam itni door hon ke unke peecche namaaz padhne waala
unhein no dekh sakta ho to jaaiz hai ke muqtadi mukabbir ke ruku par ruku
kare.
Is Hadees Shareef se saabit huwa ke bahut badi jamaat ke mauqe par jab
ke Imaam ki aawaaz tamaam muqtadiyon tak na pahonch sakti ho to Muqtadiyon
mein se baaz log Imaam ki takbeer par takbeer kahein. Unki aawaaz bhi Imaam ki
aawaaz ki naaib hogi aur us mukabbir ki takbeer par ruku o sujood Imaam hi ki
iqtida mein honge. Mukabbir ke liye bhi shart hai ke is Imaam ka muqtadi ho aur
takbeer o tasmee' o salaam ke waqt is ki niyyat yeh ho ke woh Imaam ke kalimaat
ko muntaqil karke muqtadiyon tak pahoncha raha hai. Us ka yeh maqsad aur
iraada na ho ke mere lahen aur sureeli aawaaz ki log ta'reef karein.
Kalimaat-e-Inteqaaliya Allahu Akbar, Sami'al-laahu liman hamida, Rabbana
lakal-hamd, Assalaamu alaikum warahmatullah sahih ada kare. In kalimaat ke ada
karne mein us ka yeh iraada na ho ke meri buland aawaaz sab ki aawaaz par
ghaalib rahe.

.....Namaaz mein Loudspeaker ka iste'maal.....


1) Is sunnat-e-mubaaraka qadeema ko khatm kar dena hai, agar is ke sabab
mukabbir qaaim na hon.
2) Yeh ek aisi bid'at ka ahem tareen ibaadat mein idkhaal o ijra hai jo lahu o la'ib,
gaane bajane, khel tamaashon mein zyada se syada aur aam taur par raaij hai aur
aaj kal har chhoti badi taqreeb mein gande aur fuhash record bajaaye jaate hain,
aur aam taur par musta'mal hain.

3) Yeh ek aisi taaqat ke taabe' hai jise electric current kaha jaata hai. Yeh current
namaaz ke darmiyaan (disconnect) munqata' aur fail huwa to Imaam ki
takbeer-e-inteqalaat Imaam hi tak mehdood rah gayin, jamaat mein ek aur fitne ka
andisha paida ho gaya koi qayaam mein hai aur koi ruku mein, koi sajde mein hai
aur koi tazabzub mein.

Waaqia: Ek Istifta aaya ke Eid ki namaaz aazaad maidaan Mumbai mein ho


rahi thi, ek laakh ke qareeb majma' tha, pehli rak'at mein qir'at ke darmiyaan

faisle mein hota hai jo namaaz mein shaamil nahi. Woh muslim hai ya ghair
muslim amplifier ke switch par uska qabza hai. Aawaaz ghataana badhaana uske
ikhtiyaar mein hai. Mike aur amplifier ke darmiyaat aur amplifier aur loudspeaker
ke darmiyaan taar ka silsila hai, in tamaam aalaat ka namaaz se koi taalluq nahi.

ka mujib hai. Imaam ki takbiraat-e-Intiqaalaat ko koi aisa shakhs muqtadiyon
tak pahonchaane ke liye Imaam ke saath takbeer kahe jo khud Imaam ki
namaaz mein shaamil nahi. Uski aawaaz par log ruku o sujood karenge, unki
namaaz faasid ho jaayegi".

Shaami mein hai: "Muballigh aur Mukabbir ne agar mahez tableegh ka qasd
kiya yaani Imaam ki takbeer muqtadiyon tak pahonchaane ka qasd kiya aur
khud tehreema ki niyyat na ki to unki namaaz na hogi. Kyunki un muqtadiyon
ne aise shakhs ki takbeer ki iqtida ki jo namaaz mein daakhil nahi aur Imaam
ke saath namaaz mein shaamil nahi huwa".

Is se zaahir hai ke loudspeaker ke jitne aalaat o ajza hain koi namaaz mein
shaamil nahi aur kisi ka namaaz se koi waasta nahi.
Loudspeaker se jo aawaaz aati hai woh Imaam ki asli aur pehli aawaaz
nahi balke Imaam ki aawaaz ki naql aur photo hai, jis tarah pahadon ke
darmiyaan ya gumbad mein ya oonche aur pukhta makanaat aur taalaab ke
kinaare aawaaz ki naql suni jaati hai, jise arabi mein "Sada" aur faarsi mein
"Sadaaye Baazgasht", Urdu mein "Goonj" aur English mein "Echo" kehte
hain, isi tarah Imaam ki aawaaz mike mein pahonchti hai, uske purzon se takraati
hai, phir uski copy current aur taar ke zariye amplifier mein pahonch kar wahaan
se taar ke current ki taaqat se loudspeaker mein pahonch kar phailti hai. yeh
ba'eena Imaam ki aawaaz nahi balke Imaam ki aawaaz ki goonj hai, jo mike ke
purzon se takra kar bijli aur taar ke zariye phailti hai. yeh sada hai, asl ki naql hai,
asli aawaaz nahi.
Is se ye baat to waazeh ho gayi ke sada ki aawaaz asli aawaaz nahi,
balke aawaaz ki naql hai. Jo hukm asli aawaaz se mutalliq hai woh is se nahi. Is
bina par sajda-e-tilawat ke mutalliq fuqhaa-e-kiraam ne waazeh farma diya ke kisi
ne aayat-e-sajda tilawat ki, yeh tilawat ki aawaaz sada hokar takra kar lauti, yeh
sada, aur laut'ti huyi aawaaz jis ne suni, us par sajda-e-tilawat waajib na hoga.
Tilawat karne waale ki asli aawaaz jis ke bhi sunne mein aayi woh sama' (sunne)
ka qasd karne waala ho ya ghair qaasid har haal mein sajda-e-tilawat waajib hota
hai.
Fatawa Aalamgeeriya mein hai:"Sajda-e-tilawat waajib hai tilawat karne
waale par aur sunne waale par khuwah us ne qasdan Qur'an-e-azeem suna
ho ya qasdan nahi suna, ittifaaqan sun liya. Lekin isi aayat-e-sajda ko Sada
ke aawaaz mein suna to sajda waajib nahi".
In tasrihaat se zaahir hai ke Sada asli aawaaz nahi balke aawaaz ki naql
hai. Is liye naql ki aawaaz par aayat-e-sajda sun kar sajda-e-tilawat waajib nahi. Isi
tarah agar Imaam ki aawaaz ki sada muqtadiyon ko pahonche woh is par ruku o
sujood karein, unke yeh intiqaalaat Imaam ke iqtida mein na honge, kyunke talqin
minal-khaarij hoga, woh in intiqaalaat mein ghair ki iqtida karne waale honge, is
liye ke yeh Imaam ki asli aawaaz nahi balke Imaam ki aawaaz ki naql hai.
Imaam ki woh aawaaz jis ka pehle darja woh hai ke Imaam ke moonh se
nikli aur muqtadi ne sun li, us sama' par sajda-e-tilawat bhi saame' par waajib aur
uski iqtida par jo tehreema o ruku o sujood ho wohi durust hoga.
Aur agar sada ki koi haqeeqat na maani jaaye, yehi maana jaaye ke Imaam
hi ki aawaaz hai jo purzon se takraati, chakraati huyi barqi lehron par pahonchti
hai, uska yeh sama' pehle darje ka nahi jo mahez Imaam ki quwwat se pahonchti
hai balke mike se takraayi aur barqi lehron par taaron ke zariye amplifier mein

pahonchi. Phir bijli aur taaron ke zariye Loudspeaker ke purzon se takra kar
muqtadi tak pahonchi hai, uska sama' sama'-e-ma'aad hai, yaani Imaam ki palti
huyi aawaaz hai. Is sama'-e-ma'aad par na sajda-e-tilawat waajib, na iqtida durust.
Aala Hazrat Mujaddid-e-Deen o Millat Imaam-e-Ahle Sunnat Maulana Mufti
Shah Muhammed Ahmed Raza Khan Rahmatullah alaih ne "Al-kash shaafiya"
mein nihayat mukhtasar alfaaz mein kitna waazeh faisla farma diya. Mukhtasar
yeh ke sajda sama'-e-awwal par hai, na ma'aad par. Agarche saame' ki nazar se
mukarrar na ho. Aur shak nahi yeh sama' ma'aad hai. Jaise pahaadon, diwaaron,
sehraaon, daryaaon ke kinaaron se palti huyi aawaaz. Aise hi loudspeaker ki
aawaaz pahaadon, diwaar waghaira se takraane waali soorat mein to ek hi takrao
hai, lekin loudspeaker mein kitne zaraye, kitni tabdeeliyaan aur kitni takkarein hain.
Is tehqeeq se saabit hota hai ke Imaam ki takbeeraat e tehreema o
intiqaaliya ko kayi mar'halon se takra kar muta addid tabdeeliyon se guzar kar
sada aur sada ki manzilon ko paar karke muqtadiyon ke kaanon tak pahonchna
padta hai.
Yeh aawaaz sama' awwal mein microphone mein khatm ho gayi,
sama'-e-ma'aad mein bhi na rahi, jo sada mein hawa se laut'ti hai. Balke Electric
osletions taar, amplifier, loudspeaker mein taar taar aur paash paash hokar
muqtadi tak pahonchti hai. Iske agarche barqi taaqat ke sur'at ke saath chashme
zadan mein kaanon tak pahonchne ke sabab saame' aur muqtadi ke nazdeek
karraat o marraat ka ahsaas na ho, magar is mein shak nahi ke is ka sama',
sama'-e-ma'aad aur sada, sada hai. Jis par ruku o sujood Imaam ki iqtida mein
nahi balke Imaam ki us aawaaz ki iqtida hai jo barqi osletions, taar, amplifier,
loudspeaker ke pardon se takra kar mike ke zariye muta addid tabdeeliyon ke
baad kayi guna buland hokar pahonchti hai, to jis tarah ek aayat-e-sajda Sada se
sunne se sajda-e-tilawat waajib nahi, usi tarah loudspeaker ki aawaaz par namaaz
mein iqtida durust nahi.
Iske alawa, Imaam ko yeh maloom hai ke mike ke zariye loudspeaker par
takbeeraat-e-intiqaaliya ko muqtadiyon tak pahonchaana hai to Imaam ka dil is
ahtemaam ki taraf hoga ke aawaaz ko mike acchi tarah pakde aur muqtadiyon tak
saaf aaw aaz pah onch aaye , ye h u nka iraa da nama az k e d armi yaan
mukhil-e-khushu o khuzu hai.
Aam taur par dekha jaata hai ke stage par qaari ya muqarrir baar baar mike
ko dekhta hai, kabhi kabhi haath se mike ko sambhaal kar moonh ke saamne
barabar karta hai, taake aawaaz ko mike acchi tarah qabool kare.
Imaam namaaz mein yeh harkatein nahi kar sakta ke namaaz faasid ho
jaayegi. Magar mike aur loudspeaker ke maqsad ko poora karne ke liye amalan na
sahi iradatan usey kucch tawajja karni padegi ke aawaaz saaf pahonche. yeh

namaaz ki haalat mein ghair jins-e-namaaz ki taraf mutawajja hona hai.
Bareeqa Mehmoodiya mein hai: kisi bhi bid'at ko ibaadat mein daakhil karna
haraam hai. Aur upar guzra ke loudspeaker jo ke khel tamaashon aur gaane
bajaane ke liye ijaad huwa, usey namaaz mein bajaana bid'at hai, yeh kaise
jaaiz hoga.
Baher haal namaaz mein wohi umoor jaaiz hain, jo masnoon hon ya
maasoor hon. Jo af'aal ya harkaat ya umoor mutlaqan maasoor na hon woh
namaaz mein mutlaqan mamnu' hain.
Bareeqa Mehmoodiya mein hai: "jo umoor mutlaqan ghair maasoor
hain woh mutlaqan mamnu' hain". Is bina par radio par jo Qur'an-e-azeem
tilawat kiya jaata hai aur aksar mulkon se qir'at ko broadcast kiya jaata hai, un
mein jo aayat-e-sajda suni jaati hain, un se saama'een par sajda-e-tilawat waajib
nahi. Is tarah radio par tilawat ke waqt agar koi masroof-e-guftagu hai gunehgaar
na hoga. Magar radio par tilawat ke waqt ehteraaman sukoot o ansaaf afzal hai.
Algharz loudspeaker ka namaaz mein istemaal ek bid'at-e-qabeeha o
shani'a hai, jo Nabi-e-Akram Sallal laho ta'ala alaihi wasallam aur siddiq-e-akbar
radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu aur Khulafa-e-raashideen o Sahaba-e-kiraam o
Aimma-e-izaam alaihimur ridhwaan ki sunnat-e-maasoora o mutwaarisa ke
a h a a n a t o i k h t i t a a m k a b a ' a s h a i (ALLAH U AKBAR). H a l a a n k e I m a a m k i
takbeeraat-e-intiqaalaat ke liye isi Imaam ki iqtida mein namaaz ada karne waale
ka Imaam ki niyabat mein Imaam ki takbiraat-e-intiqaalaat ko kaseer jamaat mein
muqtadiyon tak pahonchaana, ek nihayat azeem mansab aur ahem mas'la hai.
Loudspeaker ka namaaz mein istemaal ya to ek sunnat ke mitne ka sabab
hoga, agar muballigheen qaaim na huwe ya phir be-zaroorat is ka istemaal jo
mukhil-e-khushu bhi hai, aur be-zaroorat is mein sarf asraaf bhi. Aur kabhi yeh
doosri aawaazein pakad leta hai, yeh gaane bajaane, lekcharon ki to masjid woh
bhi haalat-e-namaaz mein. Qawwaalon aur randiyon ke na-jaaiz gaanon aur
dunyaawi jaaiz, na-jaaiz baaton lekcharon taqreeron ki aawaazon ke aa jaane ka
andesha bhi, jis ka waqoo' naadir nahi.
Bareeqa Mehmoodiya mein Hadees Shareef hai: "Kisi ummat ne apne
Nabi ke baad apne deen mein koi nayi bid'at jaari nahi ki, magar usne iske
misl sunnat ko zaaye kar diya".
Hadeeqa Nadiya mein hai, Isi Hadees ki sharah mein farmaya: "Is
Ummat ke zaaye kar dene ka matlab yeh ke is ummat ne tark kar diya aur
chhod diya, is bid'at ke misl sunnat ko ke jo is ki jins se hai, aur maana' yeh
hain ke beshak log jab jab koi bid'at nikaalte hain to uski jins se
sunnat-e-nabaviya ko tark kar dete hain".
Hadees Shareef ke maana' yeh huwa ke jab kabhi kisi bid'at ko ijaad

karenge uski misl Sunnat-e-Nabaviya ko tark kar denge. Qaabil-e-ghaur hai ke
duniya par chhaayi huyi loudspeaker ki bid'at ko namaaz mein is liye daakhil kiya
gaya ke Imaam ki takbiraat ki aawaaz muqtadiyon tak pahonch jaaye, is bid'at ke
sabab uski misl balke ahem tar sunnat-e-Nabaviya o sunnat-e-Siddiqiya ka tark o
ahmaal laazim aayega. Imaam ki takbeeraat muballigh ke zariye muqtadi tak
pahonchne ke bajaaye, loudspeaker is ka zariya hoga to muballighon ko
be-zaroorat samjhenge aur muballigh qaaim na karenge. Is lihaaz se is ka
istemaal bid'at-e-maz'ooma o mardooda hoga. Kyunke ye raafe' sunnat hogi aur
muballigheen ke hote huwe iska istemaal be-zaroorat asraaf aur baher soorat
maane' khushu aur baaz auqaat bahut zyada maane' ke kabhi bahut buri
na-gawaar aawaazein paida karta hai aur kabhi band ho jaata hai to khushu to
khushu, is ka band ho jaana namaaz mein aisi afra-tafree paida karta hai ke tauba
hi bhali aur kabhi gaana sunaata hai, kabhi lekchar, kabhi hansi mazaaq, kabhi dil
lagi ki guftagu. La haula wala quwwata illa billahil-'aliyyil-'azeem.
Aise daur-e-bid'aat aur is zamaana-e-shuyu' mafaasid ke liye Aallim-e-maa
kaana wama yakoon Sallal lahu ta'ala alaihi wasallam ki Hadees Shareef Mishkaat
mein Behqi se marwi hai: jis ne meri sunnat ko aise waqt mein qaaim rakha jabke
ummat fasaad mein mubtala ho is ke liye100 shaheedon ka sawaab hai.
Ab yehi dekhiye ke johala to johala, ulama bhi is mein mubtala hain.
Namaaz ke waqt is bid'at ke istemaal ko jo WAAZEH BADEE hai, NEKI samajh
rahe hain. Iske jawaaz ke liye kya kya tuk bandiyaan, chak pheriyaan karte phir
rahe hain. Is bid'at-e-qabeeha ko jo ek soorat mein raafe' sunnat hai. Aur doosri
soorat mein ghair zaroori, zaroori bana rakha hai. Aur taqreer ke waqt jab majma'
kaseer ho, us waqt loudspeaker se kaam liya jaata to aur baat hai, magar ab to
yeh fashion mein daakhil ho gaya hai, zaroorat ho ya na ho, show badhaane ke
liye, shaan o shaukat jataane ke liye istemaal ho raha hai. Bilkul tang jaga jahaan
100 YA 50 aadmiyon ka majma' bhi na ho sake, wahaan is ka hona laazmi hai.
Jaise ab radio har ghar mein, transistor har haath mein dekha ja raha hai, balke
lawaazim-e-zindagi banta ja raha hai. Yahaan tak dekha gaya ke majma' teen
nafar se ziyaada nahi magar loudspeaker takht ya mimbar ke saamne
zeenat-e-majlis bana huwa hai aur ab to MUQARRIR ke liye is ka MUQARRAR
hona zaroor hai warna muqarrir saaheb ko taqreer karne mein takleef o ta'ammul
hota hai.
Be-zaroorat jab loudspeaker ke istemaal ki taqreer ke liye bhi ijaazat nahi
ho sakti, israaf ke peshe nazar apne paise ya is ke liye chande ke paison se, to
namaaz mein be-zaroorat iske istemaal ko agarche in kharaabiyon ke andeshe se
yeh paak bhi hota to kaise ijaazat ho sakti hai, woh bhi masjid ke paise se.

mein musaadim-e-sunnat hone ke peshe nazar ek soorat mein aur doosri soorat
mein israaf ko dekhte huwe ke bid'at-e-maz'ooma mehrooma hai,Alaawa bareen
woh kharaabiyan jin ka waqoo' hota rehta hai is sabab ko nazar andaaz karke isko
namaaz mein istemaal karne karaane aur iske jawaaz ke asbaat ke darpe hain aur
yeh samajhte hain ke is bid'at ko namaaz mein daakhil karke Sunnat-e-Nabaviyyah
o Sunnat-e-Siddiqiyah Tableegh Khalful-Imaam ko mitaane waale thaher rahe hain.
aur doosri soorat mein kis kis kharaabi ke mujawwiz ban rahe hain. Be-inteha
afsoos ke aksar masaajid mein isey mustaqil taur par laga rakha hai, har waqt ki
namaaz mein khula rehta hai. Hum ne dalaail-e-qaat'ia waazeha se saabit kar diya
hai ke namaaz mein is ka istemaal na-jaaiz aur iski aawaaz par tehreema se iqtida
na-durust aur mahez iski aawaaz par intiqalaat se namaaz faasid ho jaati hai.
Harmain e Tayyibain aur Mumaalik-e-Islaamiya ka hawaala diya jaata
hai halaanke aaj ke zamaane mein hukumat-e-Saudiya aur Mumaalik-e-Islaamiya
mein shara'ee o sha'aair-e-Islaamiya ka Ma'aazALLAH jo maz'haka udaaya ja raha
hai aur moharrimaat o mamnu'aat-e-shar'iya ka jis aazaadi ke saath istemaal ho
raha hai, jis tarah ahkaam-e-deeniya ki Na'oozu billah pamaali ho rahi hai,
na-qaabile bayaan aur ek sacche sahihul-aqeeda sunni musalmaan ke liye
na-qaabil-e-bardaasht hai.
Kya in mumaalik ke khullam khulla khilaaf-e-shara' aa'maal o af'aal o harkaat
ko johala sanad bana kar daadhi kataane, mundaane aur tasweer
khinchaane, aur radio ke gaane waghaira ko jaaiz samjhenge? Jin mein in
mumaalik ke jadeedul-khayaal mudda'iyaan-e-ilm bhi be-dhadak mubtala hai.
. Kya Makka Mo'azzama mein ghar ghar, dukaan dukaan
radio nahi, jin se alal-ailaan gaane sune ja rahe hain.? Misr se gaane waali se
gaana suna ja raha hai, aur ab to sunne mein aaya hai ke wahan ghar ghar
telivision ho gaya hai. Kya Makka Mo'azzama mein kisi ne tasaweer latki nahi
dekheein? Dekhne waalon ne to khaas Haram Shareef ke bairooni diwaar par
ibne Saud ki bahut badi size ki tasweer latakti dekhi waghaira waghaira.
Hum par sirf Shari'at-e-Mutahra ka itteba' laazim hai. Qur'an-e-Kareem
mein Huzoor-e-Akram Sallal laho ta'ala alaihi wasallam ko mukhatib karke farmaya
gaya hai: "Phir hum ne deen ke kaam ke umda raaste par aap ko kiya to aap
usi raaste par chalo aur na-daanon ki khuwhish ka saath na do".
Eidain,Jum'a aur baaz masaajid mein panjgaana namaazon mein harmain
shareefain mein to har namaaz mein loudspeaker is qadr aam hai ke un logon ki is
jiddat taraazi aur bid'at nawaazi aur Sunnat-e-Nabaviyyah aur Sunnat-e-Siddiqiyah
ke saath baghaawat aur Ibaadat-e-Makhsoosa namaaz mein bid'at-e-Europe
dakhal andaazi par jitna bhi maatam kiya jaaye, kam hai.

nahi farmaate hain aur is amr par ghaur nahi karte ke iske sabab ek ahem
Sunnat-e-Nabavi o Siddiqi aur mansab shareef Tableegh Khalful-Imaam ki izaa'at
aur ahaanat laazim aati hai, aur un musalmaanon ki namaazein faasid o barbaad
hoti hain, jo mahez loudspeaker ki aawaaz par arkaan-e-namaaz ada karte hain.
Is bid'at-e-shani'a ke namaaz mein istemaal ke khilaaf iqdaam (ahtejaaj waqt
ki ahem zaroorat hai) har musalmaan ko apne kirdaar o guftaar se is bid'at ke
khilaaf aawaaz uthaana chaahiye. Har shakhs wus'at bhar namaaz mein iske
istemaal se bezaari ka izhaar kare, loudspeaker ko namaaz ke waqt mu'attal
karke tableegh-e-masnoon ke taqarrur ka pur-zor mutaalba karna laazim
jaane.
Loudspeaker ke namaaz ke waqt istemaal ko agar koi mubaah samjhe to
woh bhi iske liye be-zaroorat hone se inkaar nahi kar sakta. Is aala ke ijaad hone
se pehle bhi Huzoor-e-Aqdas Sallal laho ta'ala alaihi wasallam ke
zamaana-e-mubaaraka se ab tak badi badi jamaaton ke saath namaazein hoti
rahein, kabhi iski zaroorat mehsoos nahi huyi, kyunki Sunnat-e-Siddiqi tableegh
takseeraat-e-intiqaalaat-e-Imaam jaise mansab shareef o jaleel se zaroorat o
haajat poori hoti rahi hai aur hoti rahegi. Yeh tableegh bhi daakhil-e-ibaadat hai,
isey chhodna aur zaroorat ke liye isey istemaal na karna kitna himaaqat o jahalat
aur loudspeaker mein sirf kitna bad asraaf hai.
Choonke Namaaz ahem tareen ibaadat hai, isey ibaadat hi ki tarah ada
karna chahiye aur ijtema'aat o majalis ki tarah loudspeaker ke shor o shaghab se
paak rakhna chahiye. Qur'an-e-Azeem ki Surah Ma'oon mein hai:
ke mutaalliq Durre Mansoor mein hai: "apni namaazon ko lahu aur khel
banaate hain. Yun bhi is khel tamaashe aur baaje gaaje se namaaz ko
bachaana aur mehfooz rakhna chahiye".
Agar koi kahe ke muballigh to sirf takbeeraat-e-intiqaaliya ki tableegh karta
hai, qir'at ki aawaaz nahi pahoncha sakta. Loudspeaker is zaroorat ke liye istemaal
karte hain ke Imaam ki aawaaz saare muqtadiyon tak pahonche. Aisa kehna aur
khayaal karna zyaadati hai aur yeh uski nadaani hai ke woh isey zaroorat samajh
raha hai. Halaanke Shar'i nuqta-e-nigaah se yeh bilkul ghair zaroori hai. Agar
saare muqtadiyon tak qir'at ka pahonchaana zaroori hota to shaare' ne iska bhi koi
tareeqa muqarrar farmaaya hota. Hasbe irsaad Qur'an-e-Hakeem:
maine tumhaare deen ko aaj mukammal farma diya. Deen-e-Kaamil o
mukammal mein koi aisi kami aur nuqs nahi, jise ab ya kabhi kisi tarah poora
karne ki haajat ho. Khud Imaam ke liye miyaana rawi ka hukm hai ke qir'at mein
aawaaz na bahut buland kare aur na bahut past.
ALLAH azza wa jall ne Huzoor-e-Akram Sallal lahu ta'ala alaihi
wasallam ko irshaad farmaaya:

(Surah Bani Israail) yaani apni namaaz mein aawaaz na buland kijiye na bilkul
past aur darmiyaani raah ikhtiyaar kijiye. Hadees Shareef hai Huzoor-e-Akram
Sallal lahu ta'ala alaihi wasallam ek raat Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq radiyALLAHu
ta'la anhu par guzre, Hazrat Siddiq past aawaaz mein tilawat farm rahe they.
Phir Hazrat Farooq-e-Aazam radiyallahu ta'ala anhu ki taraf tashreef le gaye.
Aap nihayat buland aawaaz se tilawat farma rahe they. Huzoor ne donon ki
wajah poochi. Siddiq-e-Akbar radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu ne arz ki "Jis se munajaat
kar raha hun, usey sunaata hun, auron se kya kaam."
Farooq-e-Aazam radiyALLAHu ta'ala anhu ne arz ki "Main Shaitaan ko
bhagaata hun aur soto'n ko jagaata hun". Yaani jahan tak aawaaz pahonchegi
shaitaan bhaaghe ga aur tahajjud padhne waalon mein jis ki aankh na khuli ho,
woh jaag kar tahajjud ada karega. Is liye qadre buland aawaaz se tilaawat karta
hun. Huzoor Sallal lahu ta'la alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Tum sab theek khayaal
par ho. Magar aey Siddiq! tum qadre aawaaz buland karo aur aey Farooq! tum
qadre past kare. (Malfoozaat e Aala Hazrat Quddisa sirrahu) Farooq-e-Aazam ki
kitni mehmood niyat thi, phir bhi Huzoor ne unhein aawaaz qadre past karne ki
hidayat farmayi.
Jahan tak Imaam ki aawaaz takbeer waghaira pahonch rahi hai, wahan tak
muballigh bhi nahi hona chahiye. Imaam ki mo'tadil aawaaz hi agar muqtadiyon ke
liye kaafi ho to muballigh ki haajat nahi. Jab jamaat kaseer ho to jahan tak Imaam
ki aawaaz kaafi ho to muballigh ki haajat nahi. Muballigh ke zariye
Sunnat-e-Siddiqi par amal karke hasbe zaroorat muballigh qaaim kiye jaayein, aur
Imaam ya muballigh qaaim kiye jaaein aur Imaam ya muballigh haajat se zyada
hargiz aawaaz buland na karein. Eidgaah ho ya masjid ya maidaan kahin bhi
aitedaal shar'an o aqlan mehmood o mehboob o marghoob hai. Be-aitedaali
na-mehmood o sakht mayoob hai. Be-hisaab cheekhna, be-tuk chillaana behooda
kaam hai. Masjid mein chillaane se mumani'at farmaaye gayi hai. Jab Masjid mein
iski mumani'at ho to is gala phaad loudspeaker ki behoodgi ka namaaz mein
Rabbe qahhaar o jabbaar ke huzoor hona kitni shanee' baat hai.
Imaam hi ka waqt-e-khutba o qir'at zaroorat se zyada aawaaz buland
karna makrooh hai, aur unka had se zyada chillaana sakht mayoob aur
na-haq apni jaan ko taa'b mein daalna hai aur har aaqil ke nazdeek bhi
shadeed aib hai. Agar maqsood riya hai, jab to zaahir hai ke neki barbaad,
gunah laazim.

Fil-waaqe' koi bhi soorat samjhi jaaye, asl aawaaz ke bajaaye iski naql door
ke log sunein ya yehi ke asl aawaaz hi unhein pahonchi, magar khud Imaam ki
quwwat se nahi palti. Yeh palti huyi aawaaz doosri quwwat se pahonchi. Aitebaar
is ka hai bila shirkat-e-ghair se pahonche. Imaam ki quwwatse jo fiza mein khala
paia ho, Imaam ki aawaaz uski quwwat se jin lehron ne apne kaandhon par liya
ho, woh lehrein takraate hi khatm ho gayin. Is takkar se doosri lehrein paida huyin,
jo us aawaaz ko lekar aayin aur saama'een ke kaanon tak unki lehron par aawaaz
pahonchi.
Baher Soorat is palti aawaaz ki iqtida durust nahi, jo kisi waqt bhi
mahez is palti aawaaz par kaarband honge, unki namaaz na hogi, aur waaqa'i
ek soorat mein loudspeaker ka istemaal raafe' sunnat hai aur ek soorat mein
nahi. Is mein sirf asraaf, jis se shari'at maane' hai.

Janaab Mujeeb daam fazlahu wa 'amm faizahu ne is haq ki khoob tehqeeq

In donon umoor-e-mazkoora ki wazahat sirf zere nazar taaleef "Siyanatus


Salaat" hi mein nahi dekhi balke inse muta alliq bahut se akabireen e ahle Sunnat
aur 'amaaideen e deen-e-Islaam ke irshadaat ko bhi dekhne ka sharf haasil huwa.

Yeh saare akabireen o 'amaaideen woh maqaam rakhte hain jinki


ata'at hi mein salaah o falaah aur ehtiyaat o najaat hai.
Hum jaison ke liye to unki ata'at o itteba' ke siwa chaara-e-kaar nahi.
Yeh to unki zarra nawaazi aur karam farmaayi hai ke apne irshadaat ki ta'eed o
tasdeeq hum jaison se bhi chahte hain, halaanke unke irshadaat ko na to is
ta'eed o tasdeeq ki zaroorat hai aur na kisi ki adm ta'eed se nuqsaan.

mutaa'le se yeh khaadim musharraf huwa, jis mein Hazrat mausoof ne yeh saabit
farmaya ke loudspeaker ki aawaaz par iqtida mufsid-e-namaaz hai. Hazrat
Makhdoom-e- giraami daamat barakatahum is daur ke saf-e-awwal ke
'amaaideen-e-millat mein bahut hi mumtaaz fard hain. Aap ka ilm w fazl,
zihanat o zakawat, faqahat, diyanat musallamus saboot hai, aur kyun na ho
Aala Hazrat quddisa sirrahu ne Hazrat mausoof ko qurratiu 'aini durratu zaini
se mukhatib farmaaya. Burhanul Haq khitaab ata farmaya.
Hazrat mausoof ka irshaad hamaare liye hujjat hai aur kaafi o waafi hujjat.
Is risaale mein bahut arq rezi ke saath loudspeaker ke saakht ko saamne rakh kar
dalaaile shar'ia ki raushni mein loudspeaker par iqtida ke mufsid-e-namaaz hone
ko mubrahan farmaaya hai. Hazrat musannif ke fatwe ke baad yeh mas'la hum
jaise awaam ki tasdeeq se qat'an mustasna hai.
