    Idea: To integrate a computer based platform where doctor’s advice(voice) could be converted into
    QR code, the generated QR code will be printed in the prescription, so that the patients could able to
    hear it again after the visit by scanning the QR code in their phone, this software will be of great
    importance for health service technology and healthcare centers.
    Solution: This Software will be made using an JAVA IDE and will use ZXing and Sound API, the
    software has the ability to act as a audio recorder, which enables the doctor to record his/her advice for
    the patient regarding diet, lifestyle and medication dosage, this software will send the respective audio
    to cloud server and then generates QR code, which can be printed out along with prescription, The
    patient through his/her mobile phone can scan the QR code at anytime, to hear back the doctor’s
    advice.

    Brief description about prototype: The figure (a) shows opening our software through doctor’s desktop,
    which should also be connected to the internet. The figure (b) shows Our software will act as audio recorder
    and will record the doctor’s advice. The figure (c) shows, after recording, the audio file will be saved in the
    cloud and a link of which will be converted into QR code. The figure (d) shows the QR code can be printed
    easily along with prescription of patient. The figure (e) shows, the patient through his/her mobile phone can
    scan the QR code to hear back the doctor’s advice.

    Technology Stack:

    • Java Version: Java development kit (JDK)8 • RAM: 3 GB RAM min


    • API’s: ZXing, Java Sound, Cloud. • OS version: MS Windows 7/8/10 (32 or 64-bit)
    Use case diagram:

    Dependencies:
    • Internet facilities should be available for user(patient) to access the recording from server via scanning
    generated QR code.
    • Cloud server should be available for doctor to store his recording (or) on-site servers can also be used.
    Show stopper:
    • The stake holders and authorities should be eager to install this software to provide audio guide for patient
    regarding doctor prescript.
    • Awareness to be created among doctors regarding the software and its uses.
