eople with a Mental Illness/Disorder should be given more attention,Someone can feel

P
very lonely and feel disconnected from the world, so people don’t pay attention to them. This
disorders changes the mood of a person’s personality and can lead to thoughts for a example
suicide. A person that showed this in the best way is music artist XXXTentacion, he sings and
raps about struggles that people didn’t know about. He broke up with her girlfriend, got
betrayed by closed friends, and lost very close friends. He benefit from his mistakes and talks
about it in his songs. Some people who have this problem choice to be a introvert and keeps
things quiet and private, those feelings that they recieved hurt inside but rather not express it
towards anoyone.

Types of Mental Disorders are something that is developed into either inherited traits meaning
that relatives had mental illness and was passed down, being exposed Drugs and Alcohal
before birth is another reason, and brain chemistry meaning that your mental illness can
naturally occur when the neural networks involving imparied chemicals. In this example from
a newsela article a little boy wrote about his struggles and arguements that brokeout in his
family and tells it in all in one story. He is showing that it’s not that the parents only feel this
mood, even little kids can experience this type of disordered. In the image above it illustrates
the type of mental disorders that different people. At the time he didn’t had anyone to talk to
about his current sitution and so he poured all his feelings into this one book expressing how
much he has been through. Others never do nothing about and thats how mental disorder can
get very serious like taking ones own life. Shown from that little boy’s experiences he couldn’t
do nothing until he found his own way to contact people and get help he needed from those
who had read his story.

Shown in another example from mayoclinic it states that Many people have mental health
concerns from time to time. But a mental health concern becomes a mental illness when
ongoing signs and symptoms cause frequent stress and affect your ability to function. A mental
illness can make you miserable and can cause problems in your daily life, such as at school or
work or in relationships. In most cases, symptoms can be managed with a combination of
medications and talk therapy. From this it’s saying that when not doing something about your
mental illness causes a person to do daily proper life. Before mental health wasn’t this serious,
the reason why it got so serious and changed a lot is probably of social media, family
problems, or a important life conflict.

My last source I got from mentalhealthamerica explains that a mental illness is inability to
cope with life’s ordinary demands and routines. There are more than 200 classified forms of
mental illness. Some of the more common disorders are depression, bipolar disorder, dementia,
schizophrenia and anxiety disorders. Symptoms may include changes in mood, personality,
personal habits and/or social withdrawal. Most people believe that mental disorders are rare
and “happen to someone else." In fact, mental disorders are common and widespread. An
estimated 54 million Americans suffer from some form of mental disorder in a given year.
Most families are not prepared to cope with learning their loved one has a mental illness. It can
be physically and emotionally trying, and can make us feel vulnerable to the opinions and
judgments of others. If you think you or someone you know may have a mental or emotional
problem, it is important to remember there is hope and help.

People don’t think mental health should be a topic to talk about. J Jahan - “Why is this?
Possibly because they aren't concrete illnesses. We understand physical illnesses because we
all get them. Most people don't suffer from mental illnesses or don't realize they do. About 4%
of Americans suffer from bipolar disorder, 10% from depression, 8% from self harm, 8% from
ADHD, and 5% from eating disorders. Since it's an experience most of us won't have, it's easy
to be dismissive. If things go wrong with our physical bodies, why do we have such a hard
time understanding that things can go wrong with our minds?” This evidence explains that
mental illness doesn’t compare to diseases and symptoms and that some people don’t even
know if they have mental illness, some never experienced it and don’t know what it’s like. But
some do know when they symptoms of a mental disorder, those people do know what to do in
those types of situtions but never give feedback to those who dont know what to do.

Doing fun activities like playing their favorite game or just talking to them can brighten up
someones day. I don’t believe that people who just sit and are quiet should be left alone. You
can do things like cheering people up by being funny, cool, active, competitive. Everyone
should be happy and no one should be left out. In conlusion give all of your attention to those
having a hard time or just are quiet they can reveal something that you probably have never
heard or experience in your whole life.
