Country: JAMAICAN’S BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE

FARM: RADNOR ESTATE ,ST. THOMAS, JAMAICA

COFFEE BRAND: RADNOR COFFEE

Radnor Coffee is a provider of 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. Our beans are sourced by one single estate
farm, Radnor Estate. The farm is located between 3500 and 4500 ft in the blue mountains of ST. Thomas, Jamaica.
Our producer’s coffee is grown beneath the misty cloud cover and volcanic soil of the blue mountains.

Our beans are picked at the peak of perfection. Only the red cherries that have been slowly ripened by the sun are
used. The location of the farm and the conditions provided by nature give the coffee a well-balanced flavor profile.
Some notes that are easily detected are citrus and chocolate which come together for a cup that is both rich and
smooth. Come experience the taste of exceptional gourmet coffee, where satisfaction meets your expectation.
Radnor coffee derives from Radnor Estate, a single estate plantation which has been in existence since the
1800’s. Radnor Estate is known as the crown jewel of coffee plantations, boasting 645 acres of lush green
vegetation, rivers, and breathtaking views of the valleys below the mountains.

The farm is located next to the Blue Mountain peak in St. Thomas. Radnor estate is a family owned estate
which has been passed down from father to son. It was brought back to life in the 1980’s by William Campbell,
better known as Castro. As a young man, Castro worked on the estate with the dream of one day owning it. His
dream was able to come to fruition in time with both hard work and dedication. Within the first few years, he
was able to put this plantation into production planting 300 acres of coffee and 100 acres of timber and other
crops.

This plantation stands out from the rest, providing employment and development for the surrounding
communities. All while providing the world with superb quality coffee

BREWING

Brewing instructions:
For best result use a French Press or Drip pot. Use 2 tablespoons of Radnor Coffee to 8 ounce of water adjust
accordingly.
Store your Coffee in an opaque air tight container at room temperature. For Coffee kept over two weeks store in
freezer.

For french press

* If you would like to brew more than a single serving just keep in mind, for every 10 ounces of water you need
about 20 grams of coffee. So for example, in a 3 cup french press, you would use 57-60 grams of coarsely
ground coffee to 30 ounce of water.

 Preheat your french press by pouring boiling hot water inside until you’re ready to use it. Be sure to pour it out
before you pour your coffee grounds in.
 Get a kettle of 190-200 degree water.
 Measure out 17-19 grams(or 2-3 tablespoons) of coarsely ground beans.
 Pour your coffee in your french press.
 Pour approximately 10 ounces of water for every 2-3 tablespoons of coffee.
 Stir the coffee to ensure all the grounds have been submerged.
 Put the lid on top but don’t push the plunger all the way down just yet.
 Set a timer for 4 minutes.
 After the timer goes off you can push the plunger all the way down

Pour and enjoy!
