● B.TECH (Mechanical Engineering) & NDT LEVEL II with 5+ years of experience in

QA/QC of welding and painting and NDT related inspection in refinery and Nuclear
projects.

● Currently working as Third Party Inspector at Intertek India PVT. Ltd since
January 2019.

● Worked as an Assistant Engineer (QC) from October 2013 to October 2018 in Simplex
Infrastructures Ltd at Reliance Refinery expansion project J3, JAMNAGAR Gujrat.

flanges and verifying Test certificates.

● Witness the Welding for establishing PQR for welding processes GTAW,SAW and SMAW.
● Witness/Conduct welder qualification test as per ASME-SEC-IX and approved WPS
● Inspection of joint fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing
requirements.
● Visual inspections of welded joints as per BS EN 970.
● Witnessing DPT of root and final weld as per ASME SEC-VIII -DIVISION I –APPENDIX 8
● Radiography Test offering and interpretation of RT films as per ASME B31.3 /341.3.2
● Ultrasonic test offerings and interpretation of reports as per ASME SEC-VIII DIV-I
