ALLCLEAR? Toolkit
ALLCLEAR? is part of the Air Ground Communication (AGC) Safety Improvement Initiative launched
by the EUROCONTROL Safety Team in 2004. It builds on the recommendations and best-practices
presented in the AGC European Action Plan.
