Do you think that the use of cell phones while driving should be illegal and
punished by law? Why / Why not?
In recent days, there have been ongoing discussions about use of cell
phone while driving should be illegal and punished by law. People should become
aware by the accidents. Some say that is legal to use the cell phone while you are
driving. In my opinion some people ignore the law that the government proposed to
avoid accidents.

To start, it is important to talk about accident. First, people use their cell
phones for just about everything such as texting, talking, schedule planning, and
internet surfing while they are driving. For example, we have become so focused on
how much we can do at one time that we are willing to risk our personal safety as
well as the safety of others because we cannot put down our cell phones. Second,
sometimes it is difficult to focus on the road which makes. For instance, it easy to
forget that the roads are shared by everyone and not for your exclusive use. Third,
drivers who use cell phones while driving are also highly dangerous to pedestrians.
To illustrate, a young woman killed a pedestrian on a bicycle while she was texting
on her phone. In conclusion, some people may not have intended to end that person
life, but it made the poor decision to drive and text which it have to live with for the
rest of their life.

To begin with, it is relevant to talk about dangerous. Firstly, many drivers

keep their cell phones in their vehicles. For example, they use their cell phones to
listen to music with high volume endangering the lives of innocent people. Secondly,
when it rings, it is not going to ignore it because it may be an important call. For
instance, it loses concentration while driving, and it will not focus 100% on the road.
Thirdly, talking on the cell phone and driving has become a very popular thing these
days. For instance, there are people that do not have hands free and drive their car
with only one hand.

In addition to the meaning of dangerous, it is necessary to mention

illegal. First, the Bolivia Government should ban texting while driving in all nine
states. For example, there are numerous amounts of risks while texting behind the
wheel. Second, the government made a law about not making calls while using the
cell phone, but not all of us comply with that law. For instance, nobody denounces
and they do not say anything when we see a drivers use their mobile. Thirdly, some
people do not know that this law exists. To illustrate, they believe that using the cell
phone while driving is normal, because there are no signs or signals to prohibit cell
phone use.

Having the option if we see the driver using his cell phone, we should talk
to that person to avoid an accident. Beth Johnson states says, it is important to keep
in mind that our study is not intended to address the issue of whether or not it is safe
to talk on a mobile phone while driving, but rather what type of technology is safest
for drivers to use while talking on their mobile phones. So, based on the facts, if we
now that is provide use the mobile, why would we use our cell phone while we are
driving?
