Duties & Responsibilities

 Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of
construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON
or OFF site.
 Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the
site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
 Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about
quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
 Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management
System.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results,
inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials
delivered and other QA/QC documents.
 Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction.
 Proper co-ordination with site Engineer’s for resolving the technical problems.
 Preparation of Material Receiving Inspection(MRI) for all newly arrived material at site.
 Prepare weekly progress reports.

ground). Mentioned projects are being done with 6 different clients at the same time.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Reporting to Quality control manager on all quality issues.

 Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved drawings and
specifications.
 Preparation of request for inspections with all necessary attachments.

 Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors for clearing designated inspections
(Hold and Witness Points).
 Preparing and resolving site work queries with client.
 Preparing test schedules, frequency of test and sampling related to approved Quality control program.
 Raising non conformance reports for any violation.
 Co-coordinating with client for clearing log book entries and closing NCR copies with proposed
corrective actions.
 Preparing vendors evaluation report on the basis of their quality, delivery, price and response.
 Marking various types of field changes on drawings.
 Preparing daily inspection reports on field activities.
 Quality field such as: soil testing & compaction prior to concrete pouring for load bearing and non load
bearing foundations.

2. Construction of Ibrahim Fiber plant. Fiber plant 650T/day known as Wall cot – III. 37 KM, from
Faisalabad, on Faisalabad Sheikhupura Road. Comprises of 700,000 sq ft.

Duties & Responsibilities

 To check shop drawings of plans and profiles with help of MOH standard drawings and specifications.
 To check cut and fill quantities on earthwork software.
 To check material approval of aggregate base course, medium curing-01, asphalt concrete base course
and curb stone.
 Carry out inspection on all road works in progress and ensure contractor’s compliance with contract
specifications and approved shop drawings.
 Monitor and daily report to senior engineer regarding contractor’s progress in all related activities.
 Checking contractor’s materials on site and proper storage and handling on site.
 Visit plant to ensure proper manufacture and testing of materials produced.
