- Experience as a mud plant operator, cementing
operator, fast learner.

- I have never done a significant mistake.

- I do not have the right to work in the US because I do not

- Yes.

Describe for me some safe work practices you’ve learned

from previous employers and how you rate your overall
safety record?
- I’ve learned to asses all the dangerous situations on the
work sites , to communicate with my colleagues this
situations. I’ve learned the safety procedures given by
the companies I worked for because I am a qualified
HSE Officer . My safety record is excellent.

What do you like the most and least about working in this
industry?
- The thing I like the most is that is hard , challengind but
also very rewarding, and the least one is working at
very low temperatures sometimes.
How do you motivate others?
- I motivate others by just doing my job very well.
In a team environment, what role do you usually take on?
- I usually take on the role I am qualified at.

How do you handle criticism?

- If I am proven wrong in a certain situation I learn and
do not make the same mistake again.

- Respect the rules , safety procedures and my colleagues.

- Respect health and safety rules, hard work and
accomplishing the job in the shortest time period.

- I do not know, talk to one of them.

How will you adjust to a new company, country and culture?

-I will adjust very well and fast.

- Usually a couple of weeks.

- Being respected, well treated and motivated.

- I do the right thing according to the rules and I
do not worry about anything else.

- Success means being able to live a decent life.

What was a situation you handled poorly in the past and

how would you handle it in the future?
- We had to lift a pump from the ground level , we
didn’t waitfor the forklift and one of my colleagues
got aminor injury to one hand. I will never again
attempt to use physical force to lift heavy items.

- They say I amthe person that’s allways
there whan you need someone.

What does family mean to you?

- The world.

- Strengths : I care about people
- Weaknesses : sometimes I loose my patience
quickly.

- I have never been on board so I do not know what
I would like to change.

- I have no such problems.

- Yeah… right !!!!!
Tell me about the biggest mistake you ever made at work and
what did you do about it?
- I’ve never done a big mistake at work.

are most proud of during your career. I would like you to talk
about an error/mistake you made and how you went about
resolving it?
- The biggest error I made was not telling my superior my
opinion regarding the safety in one situation. I modified the
plan agreed upon by my own decision and after that
informed my superior.
