THE INTENTIONAL INACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS OF LAWS

I dislike bullshit, so let’s get right to it.

Not All U.S. Code Is Law. Why...because the government is with the bullshit. The United States
Code contains federal laws in two forms. Positive Law (enacted or actual law) & Non-Positive
Law (bullshit or manipulative law). These laws are codified by sections within statutes of titles.

For example: “U.S. Code Title 18 Section 31” or “18 U.S. Code § 31.” 18 refers to the title of the
code, formally “Crimes & Criminal Procedures.” 31 is the section, which contains definitions
regarding “Aircraft & Motor Vehicles.” Here “motor vehicle” means commercial transportation,
intended for profit. (only commercial vehicles require registration, if you don’t believe it, see title
49 sec.13506, perfect example of gov. bullshit) (both title 18 & 49 are + law)).

There are 53 titles total, numbered 1 through 54 (there’s no #53. more bullshit). 27 positive laws
(actual). 26 non-positive (bullshit).

Here’s the difference between the two according to Congress.

● Non-positive laws are titles of the U.S. Code.

● Positive laws are titles of the U.S. Code.

See the difference? Of course not!

Here’s the difference, minus the bullshit. Non-positive laws aren’t really laws, but prima facie
evidence of law. Prima facie: latin for “at first sight” or “on its face” meaning “evidence based on
first impression; accepted as correct until proven otherwise.” Yup, evidence that may look like
evidence, unless or until disproved (i.e./e.g. bullshit).

Doesn’t sound that bad, until you’re falsely accused of murder, and then it’s bullshit. You don’t
wanna be on trial & hear “Well… looks like evidence, but might not be. But until it’s proven
otherwise, fuck it..., it’s evidence.”

That’s non-positive. Positive laws are legal evidence of law. But the Supreme Court made it
easier to understand...”non-positive laws are inaccurate descriptions of laws.” Yup, intentionally
inaccurate descriptions of laws.

So of course it can be confusing, but only because it’s intentional. So how are we supposed to
know which titles are which? Easy, we attend law school of course. How else would they expect
us to know? Unless someone decides to eliminate the bullshit for you.
