Responsibilities : Window person for Maruti, Honda, Toyota & Nissan (May’08 to May’10)
Winow person for Maruti & Toyota – supporting to Nissan & Honda

Responsibilities:
To get RFQ’s & sumbission of Quotation keeping GP in line & negotiation.

Price verification for all existing & new parts at the time of quotation.
Actualization of prices at the time of SOP.
Responsible for price increase activity (ie. RM change, FE fluctuation or which is non profitable
item) – quartly, half yeary and yearly depends on OEM Conditions.
Controlling & Managing AR activities for Zero Outstanding.
Prepration of forecasting for production planning.
Responsible for managing all despatch activities.
Prepartion for all monthly/weekly & daily reports (i.e VP, competitor, Stock control)
Cordiation with internal department like HO, PPC, Quality, Logistic.
Tracking of Import / Export parts.
Achievements:
Improvement in customer satisfaction
Change in the prices of non-profitable items
Change in delivery rating from good to best
For Maruti delivery rating from 60 to under 10
For Honda 100% delivery rating (Got award)
For Toyota 100% delievery rating (Got award)
For Nissan 100% delivery rating
Convert Imported business to local for more sales & profit (Localization of parts)
CTC : 9.20 LACS PER ANNUM & other benafits as per company rule
