I write in behalf of my client, ARIEL DULDULAO relative to his complaint

against you for VIOLATION OF BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 22 and ESTAFA.

According to my client you purchased from him construction materials

sometime on February 2019 and in relation to said transaction with my client, a
corresponding payment thereof you issued a postdated check, as follows:

3 May 2019 BDO Santiago City Branch 0000127601 Php230,000.00

When this check was presented for payment, this was dishonored for the
reason that these were drawn against a “CLOSED ACCOUNT”.

This will serve as a notice of dishonor of the subject check and a formal
demand for you to pay its respective cash equivalent within five (5) days from
receipt hereof otherwise, we shall sue you in court.
