A Brief note reflecting
HDFC Bank Limited (Housing Development
Finance Corporation) is an Indian banking and
financial services company headquartered
in Mumbai, Maharashtra.The bank was
incorporated in August 1994 in the name of
HDFC Bank limited. Product offering of HDFC
are account and deposits, card investments, loans,
Demat , insurance, forex, private banking etc.
The need of the study attempts to examine the
operational risks in HDFC bank, causes, extent
and implications. The management of the
operational risks is the least advanced vis-à-vis
other risks. Operational risks of late have been
increasing due to various reasons. The
measurement of which is in its infancy stage in
compared to other risks faced by the banks. In this
context, that it is the need of the hour to focus on
the causes, implications, management and
mitigation of the operational risks in Banks.
 Numbers of Meeting

The total number of meeting with guide (internal

and external) is 7 times till now. During meeting
several information are gathered and topic along
with synopsis is submitted to internal guide.
