Should marijuana be legal?

Should marijuana be legal? Let's talk about the benefit of it. The
benefit of marijuana either the medical use or use for recreational. The
agriculture economy that rose down it can rise up again. Cancer that you
think it was harmful, it can be cured with marijuana. The mental illness that
harms your mental health, marijuana can also help you. Many countries
legalized marijuana because it benefits. So, marijuana should be legal
because the benefit of marijuana can cure you both mental and physical
health and it can also help our economy.
The first reason why marijuana should be legal is the benefit of it that
can cure human health. The chemical that doctor use to cure the patient is
CBD. It was proved by Watson, S. (2016). There are the two rare and
severe form of epilepsy, Dravet syndrome, and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. It
can cure with medical marijuana. The CBD oil can also treat more common
illness such as Cancer, pain or even muscle spasm. The marijuana that Thai
people saw is just an illegal herb that shouldn’t be legal in Thailand. Thai
people still don’t improve their mind and don’t see the benefit of marijuana.

The second reason that it should be legal because medical marijuana

has a variety of benefit. According to Cannacon. (2018).The mental health
that is hard to treat but medical marijuana could treat it. Medical marijuana
can treat many health illnesses.Medical marijuana treats your depression
and anxiety by clearing your mind to regain your mental health. It can also
improve your sleep because it provides calm to the mind and enhances the
quality of sleep.
The last reason why marijuana should be legal. Much Thai agriculture
is poorer and poorer because of the economy of Thailand. According to
(southeast Asia globe). If the marijuana is legal in Thailand the small farmer
could band together to form collective fields in which uniform variety of
cannabis are produced using a larger scale of equipment. According to
Marijuana Business Daily. (n.d.). Retrieved 2019.The economy of marijuana
in the U.S. is rising very high and every year. On 2017 the U.S. cannabinoid
industry there average are 20.3-23.0$ billion but in 2019 the average is
predicted to be 36.7-44.7$ billion. That is why marijuana is called the cash
crop.

Many people still argue that marijuana shouldn’t be legal, because of

the addicted and the negative side effect from marijuana, but I think that
everything have two sides. It have the negative but it also have benefit.
Many people can’t see the benefit of it, but marijuana never hurt other
people as same as alcohol. There was an news everyday or every week that
drunk people hurt other but there are very few news that talk about high
people hurt other. That is why people question, why alcohol is legal but
marijuana isn’t in Thailand? In my opinion I think that it is because alcohol is
paying tax but marijuana isn't. It is all about the government in Thailand.

Now it is time to conclude all my research. Looking back at the

research you will see that marijuana isn’t that bad. It can help both our
mental health and physical health. The properties of marijuana are variety
we shouldn’t resist it.
