Pursuant to educational invention of the State Board of Education into Montgomery Public Schools (MPS)
under Rule 290-4-1-02, Ala. Admin. Code, the State Superintendent of Education or his designee shall have the
power and authority to act for and on behalf ofthe city or county board of education and its superintendent in
all matters forall purposes under state laws while the ety or county board of education is operating under
educational intervention
Accordingly, the agenda items “Certified Personnel Report, Classified Personnel Report and Organizational
Chart” from the June 11, 2019 MPS Board meeting are hereby approved.
