The SMRP Certifying Organization welcomes you as a certificant, and will notify you of future events. For example, an
annual meeting of SMRPCO will be held at each annual SMRP conference for the purpose of election of officers and
directors. As a CMRP certified by SMRPCO, you have the right to participate and vote on matters such as these pertaining
to the organization, as long as you remain a certificant in good standing.

Maintenance of your certification is achieved by accumulating and submitting 50 hours of reliability and/or maintenance
continuing education every three years and pay the recertification fee. Alternatively, you may re-take the exam with
success every three years to maintain your certification. SMRPCO will email recertification reminders to the primary email
address in your SMRP profile at six months, three months, two months and one month prior to your expiration date.

SMRPCO uses email as the primary method of communication with our certificants concerning notifications, reminders
and general correspondence. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the contact information (including email, mailing
address, phone number, ect.) in your SMRP profile are current and correct.

Once again, congratulations on your achievement, and best wishes for future success.

Very truly yours,

Steve Bragg, CMRP
