UBER in Indy has been noted by many gamers who stayed off site hotel and used it every day as a good.

Indianapolis Taxis are $2 per mile

As of two months ago folks reporting they are unable to get hotel’s near downtown… checking
availability for 14 hotels located downtown turns up ZERO rooms available

Airport Hotels seem to be an easy option for several it is approx. 15 min away from downtown, most
take uber from Airport hotel to the con each day.

Some suggestions from ConMasters are:

If you have a car parking away from the con will probably be free then walk in or take a cab/uber as it is
cheaper to pay for a short ride two ways than pay for parking all day

Look for “Gate 10” a reserve parking lot close to the convention center that is cheaper. This allows you to
go back and forth to the car and use it to hold any items purchased.

Take an empty bag to hold items purchased, bring water and small snacks, then go out to eat around as
the meals at the Con are not very good and overpriced.

Make large purchase at the end of the day so you don’t have to carry it all day
