As discussed, CPL continues to retrieve KWH meter data for billing purposes but can obtain and review KW
data, the data that would be required to LeFrak for this purpose, and re-format said data for submittal. Our
scope would be as follows:
Review 12 months of KW data for each of the meters and tenants listed on LeFrak’s recently supplied
spreadsheet documentation.
Insert highest KW value recorded by each meter.
Compare and contrast meter KW values to spreadsheet documentations provided by LeFrak.
Highlight discrepancies
Compare and contrast meters provided through Lefrak’s spreadsheet to CPL’s billable meters, to ensure all
meters are being monitored.
Re-format LeFrak’s spreadsheet documentation so that each month new meter KW data can be updated /
re- populated with most current data (for trending purposes).
We anticipate that the scope of work detailed above will be performed one time and will not exceed 12 hours,
or $1,596
As an alternate, and if so desired for ongoing trending purposes, CPL can provide monthly spreadsheet updates
containing new / re-populated KW values. Our fee for this service would not exceed 2 hours a month, or $266.
Lastly, and as requested, CPL can also review tenant leases as needed at the rate stipulated in the Master
Agreement of $150 per lease
We thank you for this opportunity and look forward to working with you on this project.
Respectfully,
Davide Gristina
COO, CPL USA
