the issue
 UTC Technical Support will decide if it is a product fault
 Technical Service Report (TSR) would be prepared by UTC Tech
Support based on data informed by you:

 Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Production
 Fault Description, Actions & Result
 Distributor will receive the TSR, Fill the RMA Form and send it
to UTC Tech Support
 The RMA request would be sent to Customer Service

Interpreting Events / Troubleshooting

 GST200-2
 Loop SW – loop wiring problem, check the following (open circuit,
short circuit between cores, cores toscreen or cores to building earth.)
and make sure the loop is not exceed to 1.2Km.
 CRT Fault – Download card is not communicating with the computer,
turn-off the panel and removed the card after commissioned the
system.
 System cannot register the device/s
 Check the panel if it set to Commissioning Mode
 If the cable exceed to 1.2Km the succeeding devices will not register
(Loop In is the standby voltage)
 Check the device wiring and terminal polarity
 Check the address on the device
