2. 2 Passport size photograph
3. Matric / O-level / Equivalence Certificate
4. Intermediate / A-level / Equivalence Certificate
5. Intermediate Part II Result Awaiting Students will produce Intermediate Part I Mark sheet.
6. B-Form or CNIC Copy
7. Recommendation letter from high school in English

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. Candidates given papers for Intermediate Part II CAN apply as result awaiting.
2. Candidate with supply in Intermediate Part I CANNOT apply for admission
3. Candidates having marks less than eligibility criteria need not to apply. (Check the Table mentioned below)
4. Applicant of Intermediate with Pre-Medical given additional mathematics can apply with subject to upload additional
mathematics roll number slip
