INSTALLATION AND CONNECT

Download the WeeeCode Installer

WeeeCode will work on Mac and Windows. Please download software on below website:
http://www.weeemake.com/?page_id=424

Installation
Open the WeeeCode Installer package and follow software guide to install.

***Tip: For Mac OS, please enter “System Preferences” -> “Security & Privacy” and allow your computer install WeeeCode.

Install Driver
For Windows system, driver will be installed at the same time while installing WeeeCode.
For Mac OS system, once finished installation, please click “Driver” on WeeeCode menu bar, and install driver for
hardware.

Connect
Once driver installed, your computer can identify WeeeMake robot. Follow below steps to connect your robot to
your computer:
• Use USB cable connect your robot to your computer, select the robot type.
• Click “Not Connected” on WeeeCode and select serial port for your robot. (Windows will show “COM X”, Mac
OS will show “wchusbserialXXXX”)

PROGRAMMING

Online Coding Mode

Your robot has default factory firmware in main controller, which will not respond to project running on computer.
To create your own project on computer, and control the robot through the command from computer, please
follow below step:

Before you create your own project, please click “Arduino”, select “Restore firmware” -> “Restore Online
Firmware” to activate the board. Then the robots will respond to coding blocks you dragged into coding zone.

Coding
To start a new project, go to WeeeCode and click “Project” -> “New”.
To load a project, go to WeeeCode and click “Project” -> “Load”.
To save a project, click “Project” -> “Save”.
To modify and save a project, click “Project” -> “Save As”.

Drag blocks from left window to middle window in a logical way, to create your project.

Offline Coding Mode

You can upload your project to main board, so robot will run your program without computer connection.

1. Create project start with block when program begin in “WeeeBot” section.
2. Click “Arduino” -> “Upload”.

Restore Factory Program

Please remember to restore the firmware program to you robot after coding, so the default function of IR remote
control and APP control will not be influenced.

To restore factory firmware, please click “Arduino”, select “Restore firmware” -> “Restore Factory Firmware”.
