a) Quoted rates have to be inclusive of Income Tax. Any other taxes and/or duties should be quoted
as a separate item.
b) It is the Subcontractor's responsibility to submit the check requests timely and get the work
approved from the consultant. .
c) Subcontractor is responsible for the safety and security of any stores/items issued by NLC. Any
loss/theft/damage claims will not be entertained.
d) The Subcontractor is required to meet the applicable standards of Health and Safety at the site.
e) The subcontractor is also responsible for the keeping the site tidy during the works and leaving it
clean after the works have been completed.
