 Oversee the design Phase (Radio Network Planning, Access planning, Demand Planning and Interference
analysis), deployment and optimization of Globacom Network thereby preventing Coverage holes in the
North-Central region of Nigeria.
 Creation of RF Design guidelines and standards, strategy and planning, and management of all RF
coverage both on-network and off-network.
 Installation and Maintenance of wireless radio communications systems, including radio propagation
modelling and prediction.
