 Assist applicant in application procedures
and questions.
 Keep lobby in a professional matter
 Help employees with Kronos and Vacation
time
 Help employees with Front Lobby Computers
 Assist with Printer Problems
 Go to Job boards, send resumes, and edit as
needed
 Call and make appointments with New Hire
being careful with Cristine’s time to
fingerprint
 Do new hires paperwork and help them do
the computer portion

Weekly  File leave requests for the week


 Applicant referral tracking
 Scan employee leave request to G drive
 Send pink carbon copies to employees
 Update Budget tracking
 Send copies to Khan to make
 Organize term room
 Make sure term people have been removed
from Network Sheets and AHCA Rooster

Biweekly  Do paystubs while updating Payroll Signature


Sheet, attach flyers as necessary
 Do SIC AND VAC / CO_VAC report and payroll
report

Monthly  Prepare Intercom List


 Fire Drill (email results to Teresa)
 Conference Room Calendar,
 Scan Leave Requests,
 New hire report
 Send parenting magazines to preschool - NS
 Do Orientation packets and Setup Room

End of Month  Read balance for stamp machine and send


excel sheet to Sr. Accountant.
 Send Birthday List- create birthday template
to send to facility- /send birthday cards to
Maria Central only once signed by Executive
Director send cards to group homes
 Shred leave request after scan complete

Bi-Monthly  Update telephone directory as needed

Down time  Purging I-9 term employees 7yrs back.


 Hope center term files-status- reorganized
 Old purchase requisition scan
 Scanning of 2011/2012 payroll reports
Semi-Annually  Code Red Drill, Code Yellow Drill.
 File & remove applications after 6 months/
shred
Annually  Keep a running count of applications
received each month and email total to the
director of HR.
 Assist in open enrollment
 Change of HR board
