Guidelines for Summer Camp for Germantown Kids at ISG

In order to ensure everyone is having fun and is safe, please review and confirm
the abiding to these rules.

Parent Responsibilities
 Children should dress appropriately, including closed-toe footwear. As
activities can be messy, bring a change of clothes
 Help to prevent loss of items, label your child’s (ren’s) items with their
names
 Apply sunscreen before the Summer Camp begins. You may give sunscreen
to your child(ren) for reapplication, and the staff will assist appropriately.
 Encourage hydration, a refillable water bottle is recommended.
 If your child is sick, please keep them at home.
 Do not send or take valuable items. The GKAI program cannot be
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
 Review the rules below with your child(ren) and make sure they understand
them.

Participant Responsibilities and Camp Rules

 Follow directions and remain with your group at all times.
 Be a good friend. Include and help others in games and activities.
 Speak appropriately. No swearing, profanity or abusive language.
 Keep hands and feet to yourself at all times. Fighting and bullying are not
tolerated.
 Clean up and keep buildings, parks, and playground areas neat.
 Weapons (including toy weapons) and other dangerous items are not
allowed.
 Cell phones and electronic devices should not be used during the program.
 Food or drinks may not be purchased at the pool snack bar or on field trips.
