IPTV and OTT
Flussonic Media Server is a professional platform for OTT and IPTV services. You can capture,
transcode, record archives, manage users, threads, and deliver multi-protocol video (live and
on-demand) to any part of the world. It allows you to keep track of the stats for traffic and
sessions in a built-in video statistics module.

Video Surveillance
On the Flussonic Media Server basis, you can develop your custom video delivery service or
surveillance system that captures and records video archive from thousands of geographically
distributed IP cameras.

Middleware
Flussonic Media Server is a reliable solution for video transport of any kind and complexity.
You can organize a live video broadcast with IP cameras, provide massive on-demand video
access, embed a video streaming module into your project (intercom, webinar platform,
mobile device video recording, etc.).

• An option to store archives on local drives, SAN, NFS or in S3 or Swift clouds;
• Ability to create a cluster with up to 40 servers and distribute the incoming video between the capturing servers;

• Over 1600 streams can be captured on a single server;
• Support for Н.264, Н.265, MPEG-2, AAC, AC3, MP3, VP6, Speex и G711a/u codecs;
• Access to IP camera images in real time or on-demand, using the video archive;

 Transcoder



Flussonic Media Server includes a built-in transcoder for video streams.

It’s necessary to start a satellite TV for online broadcasting, to online channel for satellite transmission, or
to make the multi-bitrate stream from the published video.

The transcoder supports h264, mpeg2, HEVC (h265) inputs, and h264, mpeg2, HEVC (h265) outputs.


The transcoding process can run on this hardware:

✓ NVidia NVENC
✓ Intel Quicksync

The Cluster Ingest mechanism allows you to create a transcoding reserve. If one server fails, the others will
take the load.
