A

brainstealer dragon is created when a mind

Brainstealer flayer tadpole is inserted into the brain of a

captured dragon, through a process called

Dragons ceremorphosis. Ceremorphosis usually fails on

non-humanoid hosts, meaning brainstealer
dragon's are very rare. However, when the
process is successful the monster created is a
deadly combination- incredible power and intellect... with an
insatiable hunger for brains.
